Un choix parfait pour les familles et / ou les amis qui veulent passer des vacances ensemble mais aussi profiter d'un peu d'intimité. Notre propriété dispose de deux cottages spacieux côte à côte qui ont une porte attenante qui vous donne le choix d'une location plus grande 4 chambres-2 salles de bain avec 2 canapés-lits confortables ou 2 locations séparées, chacune avec 2 chambres-1 salle de bain et un canapé-lit. Chaque chalet dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une terrasse et d'une douche extérieure. Cottage 1 (6 personnes): Offre 2 chambres (1) -Queen, (2) -1 Queen et 1 Twin. Une chambre familiale offre une couchette complète pour les personnes supplémentaires. Cottage 2 (5 personnes): Offre 2 chambres (1) Queen, (2) -Lits superposés avec lit gigogne et un lit jumeau. Une couchette pleine pour les invités supplémentaires.
Les équipements incluent: cuisine avec coin repas, laveuse / sécheuse, climatiseurs de fenêtre / ventilateurs de plafond ou ventilateurs portatifs dans les chambres. The home is exactly as pictured. Loved the outside, the attention to detail is amazing. The pool was warm and exceptionally clean. Plenty of floats and noodles to borrow! I loved the amount of towels pool, beach and bath! Double washer dryers! Great for a large family! Outdoor fridge by the grill was perfect. We enjoyed the firepit as well as the wood burning out for s’mores! ! This was an amazing home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Nice neighborhood to walk in the morning! Caroline’s is 1 mile from the house with a great menu! The hosts were very receptive with any questions I had! I highly recommend this property it was absolutely amazing!

Overall our family had a great stay, not one bad thing about it. The house was perfect for all 6 of us to kick back and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The most beautiful home! A real tucked away paradise. The walk to the beach was short but we hardly wanted to leave the heated pool. The outdoor area makes this home one we will want to come back to again and again! They had everything you need and some great coffee and restaurants a short drive away. Grace was lovely to work with 11/10!

Donald & Grace's property is a hidden gem offering the perfect blend of relaxation and peacefulness. We had a wonderful vacation at this location with our kids and grandkids- 11 of us. The two homes allowed everyone to spread out and still be together. The outside amenities were great! Our two little grandchildren loved the playground and all enjoyed the beautiful pool, fire pits, barbeque and outdoor gathering spaces. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good location. Definitely recommend.

The property was perfect for a summer get together with friends. The outdoor space was very clean and kept up well, and had lots of amenities including a large pool, grilling area, covered seating, and outdoor tv. There were lots of outdoor games and toys as well for groups staying with children. The inside of the house was very clean and functional, including two kitchens and many beds. I would highly recommend booking this property.

50th Anniversary celebration

Many magical memories were made on The Cape in this double home for our family group of nine. The outside pool area was magical. We ate all big meals outside. Lots of sleeping areas, clean! and all the amenities one would need!

Perfect Staycation

We wanted to celebrate our friend's moving ack to France and booked this property for an easy staycation. They had everything we could think of and the patio is just so perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor grill, dining, pool and the fire-pit. The host was quick with her responses and very generous to offer a late checkout cause we weren't able to enjoy the property much with Hurricane Lee! I will defeinitely try to come back here for another stay.

Awesome adventure

The property was beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted. So much to see and do in the area and the whale watching was beyond our expectations. We were very lucky to have the rare experience of being surrounded by whales. Probably 40 whales all around and many that came right up to the boat. A beach that was easy walking distance from the house too. Highly recommend staying here. The pool and outside amenities were perfect and amazing

Family Vacation

My husband and I hosted our 2 adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. We walked to the beach on multiple days and hung out at the house/pool for much of the time. The outdoor space of the property was the biggest draw for us and it looked as good in person as it did in the photos. The two house set up was ideal for our families.

Perfect weekend!

We were a little nervous driving into the cape to a tropical storm warning but every minute of our weekend was perfect! Close to the bay which was so nice. And only 10 minutes to the Atlantic side beach! The houses were clean and well stocked for whatever we would need. We loved that there was an adjoining door between them. I hope if there’s a next time we get to utilize the outdoor spaces as they are beautiful.

Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail extending all the way from Dennis to Wellfleet.
Close to the National Seashore, Wellfleet Audubon, Wellfleet Drive-in
Spend a day at the beach and then relax back at the cottage on the deck or around the fire pit.
