Janet was the most incredible host. So kind and communicative. The place was absolutely beautiful with an incredible view and so close to the town market and point park. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Our stay at this beautiful house was great for a fun girls weekend. It was close to Main Street so that we could walk to food and shops. Janet was such a kind host and great at communicating.

Great location, fantastic host! Only about 5-10 min to Rocky MT national park. The only negatives House don’t have the pictured bunk beds and had exposed wires on the deck about two feet from door.

So glad you had a great stay! Yes, our bunk bed ladder broke recently and we separated it into regular beds. Those wires are not active. There used to be a hot tub up on that deck.

Had a wonderful few days in CO. This property has to have one of the best views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck as much as we could taking in all the views! Beds were comfortable and home was well stocked. Thank you!

The house gave us plenty of room for 12people. It did state there were bunk beds but they were separated. Still had same number of beds. Nice deck to look out to the lake. Walking distance to down town.Host was quick to respond when had questions. Would highly recommend!

Janet’s place was perfect for our Labor Day weekend at Grand Lake. The check in was very easy and Janet was very quick to respond to messages. Would happily stay here again.

We visited with extended family and had the best time. The views were wonderful, right next to the National park and had plenty of beds/space for everyone!

The property was in a really nice location for ease of access to Rocky Mountain National Park, restaurants, mini-golf, and swim beach. The kids had a blast fishing and hiking, and we saw 7 moose! We had a great week!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

What a wonderful place for a family vacation. 12 family members ranging in age from 6 to 75 had a very enjoyable time in Grand Lake. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great view, walking distance to town, nice amenities, we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Grand Lakes vacation

Enjoyed our stay. The home worked well for us with plenty of space . We liked being close to town and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
