Our special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This historic, updated 18th-century home offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. Located just steps away from iconic Beale Street, Clayborn Temple, the National Civil Rights Museum, the Lorraine Motel, the FedEx Forum (home of the Grizzlies), and the historic Peabody Hotel with its famous ducks — you won’t need a car to get around!

The space features modern upgrades, including central heat and air, an updated kitchen and bathrooms with the latest appliances and cookware, two full bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit is located on the upper level.

We would love to host you and your family! Free off-street parking is available.

The location of the VRBO was perfect for our family. We caught at game at the FedEx center which was a 3 minute walk from our VRBO. The I Am a Man monument was directly across the street. The house was beds were comfortable and the accommodations were s advertised. The host was prompt as well.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for a week of orientation with a co-worker. Plenty of space for us both to stretch out and study.

A historic clean home in a decent location
but I have my two cents.

The house is definitely old but it was clean. The lack of seating options in the main room for a family of 5 was disappointing. The NCAA March madness games were playing and we couldn’t just plop down
had to bring in some kitchen table chairs. Also, the internet was dicey, the streaming service constantly kept buffering. The location is very convenient, yet it still didn’t seem like a great location considering the properties specifically adjacent. I think the location strongly attributed to how noisy it was throughout nighttime. I would’ve definitely enjoyed a darker bedroom while trying to sleep
significant lighting outside and windows didn’t have the proper coverage/blinds. All in all, it was a cool spot that for sure satisfied our needs. One block away from FedEx Forum and very close to Beale St was a big benefit.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect distance to Beale Street and FedEx Forum. We went to a Lakers/Grizzlies game and it was such a wonderful location. Very neat and clean. Comfy beds but we’re just full size but we managed. Great response from host. I would highly recommend and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay for seeing the sights in Memphis

The property was as advertised, great location easy walk to Beale St and area - was comfortable spot for 4 adults however could use extra seating in living room. There are a few areas that could use attention like window in bedroom does not fully close - temperature in unit had to be lowered by host remotely - but overall would recommend and would stay again. When contacted hosts were resposive and easy to deal with

Location, Location, Location

We were there for our anniversary and to attend an event at the FedEx Forum which was literally across the street fromthe property. That saved time and money on parking. Good central location. It's within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and fun! The host was accommodating with requests and suggestions and even sent a bottle of wine for our anniversary. THANK YOU! Cons: The property could use some upgrades inside.

Location location!

We had a great stay here! Steps away from FedEx Forum, and completely walkable all around Memphis/Beale St! Could not be a better location! Once we parked, we walked everywhere for our entire stay! The rental was very clean! Great communication- we had a few questions, and they responded very quickly! My only complaint was that the original posting was not super clear. We thought we were going to have 3 Queen beds, but only had 2. No big deal- still made it work. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was really good except Wi-Fi was a little problematic. Need additional lightbulbs and hangers and paper towels. The location was good near everything that we wanted to do. Beds and bedding were awesome. Terrence was awesome very responsive.

Family motorcycle trip

Older property that has been well renovated. Only complaint, no water pressure on the hot water. The location is unbelievable. Just about everything is in walking distance. The entire process was a breeze. I want to stay here again.

It was a decent place to stay, we had a weekend trip to Memphis. Upon arrival we noticed that the blinds in the windows were broken (told the property manager before unpacking our things) but noticed the day of our departure that the security camera lines were cut, but had we known that upon arriving we’d have said something to the manager. The property manager was very nice and checked in with us through out our stay and offered any assistance if we needed anything, our only downfall is that we didn’t realize that we had booked the top floor instead of the listing making it fully clear that there were two units in the same house. With having a fiancĂ© with physical limitations, some things were a bit of a struggle, so definitely make sure you find out which unit you’re interested in booking before you get your reservation
