This family-oriented beach association is located along Green Hill Pond and next to the Atlantic Ocean. After a day at the beach, relax with cocktails and grilling on the deck. The house comes with a grill and grilling tools, air conditioning in the two bedrooms, and access to the shed for storage of bicycles, strollers, etc. It also has a private outdoor shower!

The home is located just a short walk from the small beach on Green Hill Pond and we provide beach chairs and beach towels. The beach has no parking lot, so many people will carry supplies, people, chairs, etc. in a car, drop everything and everyone off at the beach, and return by foot. Or, ride your bike!

Just 0.8 mile/2 min. drive is a public beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are 7-8 free public parking spots on the side of Green Hill Beach Road. Once those are filled, there is no parking available, so get there early or ride your bike!

The entire property is available exclusively for guests to use.

We live in RI year-round and are only about 20 minutes away. Should any questions or concerns come up during your stay, we are available to assist you. You can message us through the app, text, or call us, whichever you prefer.

This cottage is on a dead end road which services an old beach community in the Green Hill Beach area.

There is a 4% processing fee on all cancellations. You will receive whatever percentage back that you are entitled to, less a 4% processing fee. over 30 days, you will receive 96% refund. 14-30 days, you will receive 46% refund. This is due to credit card processing fees.

Rental agreement will be required after booking is completed.
No smoking inside.

No Pets allowed. Owners and friends have severe pet allergies. If you plan to bring an ESA this is not allowed.

No outdoor music after 9PM
