-30 night minimum (except during BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament) Local taxes apply to approved short-term stays and will be requested after booking if not reflected in the booking cost.

-Transponders not provided

-Community pool/spa & pickleball/tennis is allowed for guest use

-Fireplaces are not for guest usee

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
