This was a nice property nice location and I liked staying there. I had to buy a robe as I needed one and needed slippers as the floor was cold. I had my son pick me up later in the day to go hiking and eating on a daily basis. I was able to stay extra days so I can be there for the three day weekend.

We love everything at this place. So cute, cozy and clean. It got everything you need. They even have extra towels, and linens. The hosts are easy to reach and very thoughtful. And it’s in a very safe area and there’s a walking distance coffee shop which is really, really good. I would definitely recommend this to our friends and family that would visit us here in Idaho.

Overall, the stay fine. The problem was the noise of footsteps from the resident above that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggestion, is to wear socks not boots. Didn’t get much sleep. No AC, so climate control was challenging. Besides, that all was well.

This is a very nice place with everything you need. It is conveniently located to most anywhere in the city. The hosts are very nice and responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location!

The unit is super cute and comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything we needed by the hosts, and the location made it very easy to get around Boise. We stayed 18 days and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and great location

This was a great VRBO. The location is great (Ustick Rd. is connected to everything) and it is very well kept. Everything went incredibly smooth and the hosts were easy to communicate with and incredibly kind. Would highly recommend staying here!

Would stay again

This accommodation has everything you would need for your stay there. It was very homey and comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood, despite fronting a moderately traveled street. The hosts were very attentive and available for anything we needed and didn't mind providing assistance if needed. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

A wonderful stay other than several tree branches causing severe damage to my car!

The property was as described & looked just like the photos. It was very clean, & had everything I needed. While unpacking my bags the property owner knocked on the door to let me know there was an accident involving my car. I had parked in the gravel driveway per instructions of the owner. Several heavy tree branches came crashing down onto my car while I was inside the property. The towner told me she would pay my deductible to cover the repairs of my car since her home owners insurance didn’t cover the accident. I called my insurance co & scheduled a time to take it in for an estimate at a collision center. I let the homeowner know this & also informed her the day I would be taking it to have repairs started. I sent her information about details on my car repairs & the cost of my deductible. 3 days later I got a text from her saying she was willing to pay 1000 of my deductible but wouldn’t be paying the 2,000 that would need paid in order for me to fix my 2021 Audi A5 that I purchased 7 months ago and was in perfect working condition when I arrived on their property. I wasn’t planning on this huge expense after she had verbally agreed more than once to take care of my deductible for me since the accident wasn’t covered by her homeowners insurance. The total cost of repairs to my vehicle is over 7,100. I’m extremely disappointed the owners didn’t follow thru with what was promised on the 1st day of my stay.
