Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Ivy House,” a modern townhome with charming vintage touches set in the heart of Traverse City. With a bright kitchen, inviting living area, and beautifully furnished bedrooms, it is ideal for families and groups looking to stay near wineries, breweries, restaurants, and downtown attractions. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and no unauthorized parties are permitted.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!

- Bedroom 1: King bed, private ensuite bathroom, Pack ‘n Play and high chair for families. - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, closet, bedside lighting. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed and cozy décor.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to host up to 8 guests plus an infant comfortably — a rare find in central Traverse City!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor. The spacious primary ensuite includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second full bath features a shower and tub combo. All bathrooms are stocked with quality essentials.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, a blender, and a stocked coffee station with tea and condiments. Families will appreciate the children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and high chair. The island offers seating for two, with additional seating at the dining table.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Relax in the cozy living area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+ (log in with your account). Board games, books, and kids’ toys are provided for rainy days or quiet evenings. Step through the sliding doors to the patio and enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh breeze!
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below!
Street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City)
ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.

Loved the location…very close to all the fun! Property management company rep was more than accommodating and responded in an astonishing timeframe. Townhouse was very clean. Downside are the amount of stairs between the different levels, and would prefer a softer mattress on the two larger beds. Vineyards and food choices were amazing!

Perfect spot for a family getaway
This place was perfect for me, my sister, brother, mom, and two nephews. Walking distance to the beach, and lots of good restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and it was so nice to have three bathrooms. The host was communicative, and the rental was super clean. I would definitely stay here again.
