Very nice condo. Decorated nicely. We appreciated that there are 2 couches in the sitting area. Some places only have 1 which isn’t as comfortable when you have more than 2 people. Well-stocked which we appreciated! Just a few minutes drive to downtown Traverse City. Close to the Filling Station restaurant.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! It was clean and well kept, had everything we needed. Great location, 2 minute walk to the coffee shop and bike rental. We had solid communication from the host and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good central spot to explore Traverse City

Highly recommend this property. Just the right amount of space for 5 people. The lofted area perfect for our 19 year old with 2 twin beds up there. Upon arrival the property was spotless and well stocked with essentials (even Q-tips in the bathroom). The air conditioning cranked and kept place cool. Great little coffee place a stone’s throw away. We went every day! We found location prime to get to downtown TC and Glen Arbor where we kayaked. This is a foodie town! Loved it! Only drawback to this property was our Voyager van could not fit in spotless garage.

Stay was good. We were up for business. The door situation in the 1st bathroom needs improvement. The main door does not close completely and thus will not even lock. This means that door is almost always in the way and you have no privacy. It hits the second door that makes it an en suit bathroom. The bedroom access door should be turned into a barn door to allow for more room in the bathroom and to prevent the doors from constantly hitting each other.Otherwise the condo is small but cozy and well appointed.

Close to the bike trails and downtown!

This property is exactly what is displayed. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - excellent. We were able to park and put our bicycles in the garage. We rode numerous bike trails from this property and we were able to drive to the lake within 5 minutes. Really great location, clean and quiet. Nice balcony too.

Long Weekend Getaway

This property was amazing! Perfect for a family of four (two young adult children). The interior seemed updated, fresh, clean, and extremely comfortable. The owners thought of everything to make this cozy home extra relaxing. Plus, the location was terrific. We rented bikes from the bike store right around the corner and could easily ride bikes to downtown Traverse City, beaches, marinas, restaurants, and beautiful trails. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return someday soon to explore more of Traverse City and Northern, Michigan.

Girls Weekend

My friends and I traveled to Traverse City for a weekend away and this was the perfect place to stay. It was close to so many places and it was a great space to play games, cook dinner and hangout. The space was cute, clean and perfect for the 4 of us.

Small and Mighty

Me and my husband and our adult daughter and two of her friends stayed at the Trailside Townhouse. The townhouse is small but we didn't get in each other's way. The 2 full bathrooms were key. The unit is nicely furnished with everything you would need to cook, hang out and play games. It is a great location that is close to downtown, the water and wineries. I would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks.

Great stay

We had a great stay in TC. This was one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in. Pictures accurately represent the property although it is smaller than it appears in pictures. Very clean and the best amenities I’ve seen in a rental property - coffee, sugar, creamers, plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies, a detailed book that provided all the information we needed for the property was greatly appreciated. I would definitely seek out this condo if I’m in the area again. Only one suggestion - a mirror in the loft would provide another place for women to do their hair and makeup.

Great location & stellar property

We rented the Roost for a long weekend in TC. There is no shortage of activities to enjoy from this location. We kayaked Boardman Lake, rode the TART trail system with rented bikes from next door and were able to get just about anywhere with our bicycles including Front St. We had my 60s aged parents as well as my tween and teenage children. All were able to easily enjoy the ride and fun! It is also close to the Filling Station, which is a fun hang out and delicious dinner. The property itself was one of the cleanest that I have stayed in all of my years of renting on VRBO. Carrie literally thought of everything you would need and supplied it. Beds were comfortable and the kids area/loft was adorable. Thank you for your generosity! I would highly recommend this condo for a stay in TC!
