Cute cottage in a semi-urban setting. Slightly off the beaten path, but very convenient to all of the Charleston area. A few miles from Firefly Distillery, Holy City Brewing, and Park Circle eateries. The apartment is one side of a DUPLEX with ample parking. Features king bed and full kitchen. Nestled in quiet and friendly neighborhood. Excellent for work travel, wedding guests, or any engagement that brings you to Charleston. I hope you come and enjoy.

The place was a little off the beaten path but nice and quiet because of that. Still close enough to easily access everything North Charleston has to offer. Easy Uber / Lyft ride to and from Credit One Stadium. Would stay there again.

Near it all!

Great location making it convenient to visit all the neighboring communities while we were in town for a concert at Credit One Stadium.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this little bungalow! Clean, convenient location and an easy drive to downtown or the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable, great air conditioning, awesome water pressure in the shower a rain shower! I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Firefly Distillery

Came here for a concert at the distillery down the road and had a wonderful time! It’s the perfect place to rest and nourish yourself.

Cute and easily accessible

The location is a bit off the beaten path but very direct to get into downtown Charleston or Park Circle. The unit is cute, comfortable, has everything you need for a couple or small family. It's about the size of a large hotel suite. Nice selection of kitchen tools, some basic spices, coffee maker and coffee beans. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Charleston cottage

This accommodation was perfect for us. We were a party of 3, with our dog. The duplex was squeaky clean, and all basic needs were supplied. We especially liked the spacious grassed area around the property, where we could exercise our very active dog! The property is 15 minutes from downtown Charleston which was very convenient. We would definitely book this property again!

I am not a harsh person but I am very honest so this review will be very blunt.The first thing we noticed when we opened the door to the property was the overwhelming musty smell of mold and and moisture. The front door threshold was being held in place by spray foam that also doubled as a gap filler to keep outside things from getting in. The floor between the kitchen and bedroom is coming apart and peeling up. Also, we didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor bare foot because there was a feeling of moisture coming through the floor. There was a guest staying in unit B beside us and we overheard them complaining of the poor condition and questionable location of the property. I read the reviews before booking this property and recall one saying that the location was "off the beaten path". I would say that is a nice way of saying that it is located in the rougher part of town. Very sketchy, especially at night, and had my law enforcement husband on high alert the whole stay. We checked out early and chose not to spend our last night that we paid for at this property because the smell of mold was so overwhelming and we just could not stand it any longer. When we returned home early this morning, we had to wash EVERY piece of clothing we brought due to the stench of mold. Overall, we enjoyed our adventures but the place we chose to stay was very disappointing. I am really questioning how this property has so many good reviews.

Very Nice Accommodations

We got to the house and had a little trouble unlocking the door so we contacted Jaimee, the Property Host. Jaimee responded almost immediately and helped us. Jaimee was always very responsive. The listing included a hot tub, but we didn't see any pictures to confirm it, so we optimistically took our bathing suits. When we got there, we realized there definitely wasn't one, so we contacted Jaimee and asked her to remove it from the listing. She told us that she had never listed it and that sometimes it would magically appear on listings. Nevertheless, it isn't there now. This house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It wasn't a ritzy neighborhood but it was quiet and we felt safe. We heard something at the door, but it didn't sound like a knock and our dogs started to bark, so we checked it out, only to find a curious chicken on the front porch ! That was hysterical! The king size bed was very, very firm, which was great for us. All in all, it was a good stay and we will likely return if we have the need for lodging again. More expensive than a hotel, but much more worth it.porch! That was hysterical! A

We had a wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed.The location was perfect and communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out easy.Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!
