Our beautiful home is completely remodeled with granite countertops, new appliances, new washer/dryer, a tankless water heater for endless hot water, and more!

Bedroom one has a brand-new king bed, bedroom two offers a new queen bed, and you can blow up a new top-of-the-line automatic queen air mattress in the living room if you’d like more space than the comfy (non sofabed) couch!

• 9 mins to Park Circle

• 9 mins to Tanger outlets

This is transitional neighborhood with socially and economically diverse residents. You will see a lot of older homes, some in need of repair, mixed with new renovations and quaint vacation rentals. It is a central location, near main streets, but quietly nestled among Southern Live Oaks.

Self check-in. Perfect for couples, families, traveling nurses, etc.

The home has been completely rebuilt from the studs up so everything is brand-new and beautiful!

The driveway is gravel and can fit three cars, and there is a short paved sidewalk leading to the front steps of the porch.

The home is an open floor layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom in the hallway. There is a stackable washer and dryer and shelving with all the amenities you need: laundry detergent, toilet paper, extra sheets, trash bags, a first aid kit, fluffy towels, etc.

There is a back entrance with porch steps leading to the backyard, which is gravel and mulch and has a lovely fire pit seating area.

You will have access to the entire home.

The house was perfect for our visit! Nice and clean. We had trouble with opening the lock (or fault, not the owners) and the owner was quick in getting back to us to help us enter. So, great communication. A great stay!

The AC was fine, the outlet mall is probably 5 to 10 minutes away, and downtown Charleston not that much further. Would definitely stay there again!

We had the best experience. Sometimes we go to VRBOs and they are very limited on stock. This house had it all! Landry detergent, trash bags, towels, back up air mattress, and more! We will definitely stay again!

We loved our short stay in North Charleston. It was the perfect distance for all that we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown. Check in was easy. Very welcoming when we came in. The bed was perfect for a person with back issues as it was supportive enough but still comfortable. Nice supply of all the basics you need to stay comfortably. The yard was well maintained and sitting out back was peaceful listening to all the birds. Thanks for sharing your cute home with us while we were traveling through.

HIGHLY recommend! Megan & Chris are amazing hosts. Extremely quick to respond & answer any questions and very accommodating. My friends & I had a wonderful time at the house. This place is beautifully updated and decorated. You can tell the host puts a lot of thought for renters in this home. Extra nice to have laundry for travelers! Charleston’s historical area is less than a 15 minute drive. Would stay here again.
