We spent four nights at the Island House condo and had a fantastic stay. Doug is super responsive. The property is exactly as pictured, especially the pretty screened-in porch with a beach view and direct access to the shore just a short walk from the building. The beach was spacious, with complimentary chairs and a convenient foot wash/body sprayer for rinsing off sand. Inside, the kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size fridge, the A/C worked great, and the couches were comfortable. All three beds were very comfortable as well—our group of three each had our own bed, and even the twin beds were surprisingly roomy.We also felt very safe with friendly security around the property. Overall, this is a lovely suite and I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway.Two photos are attached, one is the sunset view from the side window in the kitchen and one is from the balcony.

The view was exactly as it was shared on the site. It was about 2 miles from downtown and the private beach was gorgeous and clean.

Great location and views

Overall we had a good stay. It was a good deal for the area with lovely views and great beach access. The space was laid out well for our family. The beds were a little firm with rough sheets and there were some housekeeping issues but all in all I think good value.

Siesta Key Getaway

Our stay at Siesta Key Island House Resort was awesome. Loved our location and accommodations. Host was quick to respond with a few questions. The beachfront property was quiet and private beach was perfect. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Spot

Our vacation was perfect. Checking in was simple. The condo is in a great location and private - it is even gated. The pictures are accurate, no surprises. You can sit on the balcony with a perfect view of the beach. We brought a canopy for the beach and used chairs provided by the resort. Other friends that visited were impressed by the size of this unit compared to other condos that they have rented. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return next summer.

Beautiful gulf views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and quickly fell in love with Siesta Key! Doug was great to work with, the views of the ocean were breathtaking and the stroll to the beach was quick and easy. The unit was a bit dated and could use some updates, but all in all met our needs. We especially loved that the AC worked great/kept the unit cool after being out in the Florida heat. We would definitely return!

As close as you can get

This was a lovely two bedroom unit as close as you could possibly get to the beach. A easy walk from the doorstep of the condo to the shoreline. I traveled with my blind mother who easily navigated walking from one location to the other. The property was clean and spacious, and had a great view of the ocean from the enclosed deck
