Great house with everything you would ever need to enjoy the Missoula area. We came down for a fly fishing trip and it was a perfect location to get to the rivers that we wanted to fish on and only a 5 minute drive on Interstate 90 to get to Missoula. Would definately recommend and not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

A surprisingly great property with the ‘flavor’ of western homes. The neighborhood was older but this house was much newer. Loved the two kitchens and that each bedroom had its own bath. Would stay here again.

This home surpassed our expectations! What a beautiful home and all the amenities. We loved the two levels for those who wanted to watch tv and those who wanted game playing. Great location close enough to everything yet far enough for quiet evenings with friends. Loved the motion lights in all the rooms so wonderful for evening. So grateful for your hospitality.

Fabulous place, nice clean amenities and we really liked that two levels: separate kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. It gave a nice retreat for those who just wanted to chill away from other travellers. Hot tub was awesome. We used the grill for tri tip - perfect. Just wish it had a little more serving bowls and kitchen cooking utensils but I made do! I’d rent it again.

This was a very nice home, with a unique modern rustic feel. The gathering areas were great and had spacious seating. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. The outside area lacked seating and was basically dry grass and weeds. One shower was underwhelming (the previous guests hair was clumped on the wall and a grimy curtain liner) Otherwise, the space was immaculate. Location was great for concerts nearby, but train whistles and highway traffic were heard throughout the night, so not ideal if looking for a quiet, walkable retreat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for amphitheater guests and college visitors.

Great property over all, something for everyone. A fenced, secured yard, hot tub and sauna. Gas grill and a fire pit stocked with wood. Easy access to the highway and Milltown Park. New appliances. Kitchens were sparsely stocked for cooking and no real bar ware. Would certainly stay here again and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Two distinct seating areas make it versatile. Floors are easy to clean, no carpet keeps it very clean.

Amazing place! Everything was nice and clean, including hot tub and sauna. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for the four of us. Everything was as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had about the amenities and place. We would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting family in Missoula and my husband also wanted to do some fishing at Rock Creek. This was a very cool house situated conveniently in the middle. The property was very clean and the hot tub was a nice touch. We did not use the sauna so I can't comment on that. This home has everything you need, although it could use an ironing board (I did not see one unless I missed it). Bring your groceries and laundry detergent. It was really nice to be able to do our laundry and not haul so many clothes. The River City Grill has great food too if you need to eat out. Definitely recommend this property if you're staying in the area!

Great place in Bonner

This rental is perfect for two couples or a couple and a family. The configuration is well thought out for short stays with two separate living areas. The construction is high quality, furniture is unique and great woodworking. Obviously the builder/owner knows what he is doing! We really appreciated the stay, and it is so close to the Kettlehousr amphitheater.

It was an easy arrival and access entering the property. Conveniently located about a minute from a huge convenience store/gas station which we had to make runs to a couple times throughout the weekend. Only a ten minute drive from beautiful Missoula and a 20 minute drive from the wedding in Potomac that we attended. The house was not only beautifully furnished but functionally furnished as well. We loved how uncluttered and simple it was, perfect for having two littles with us who are 4 and 7. Having bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens on each floor made our stay much more enjoyable as we had easy access to everything. The arcade game was a hit with our little kids, especially since they were able to play multiple different games on it. Our whole family got to enjoy the hot tub with a beautiful views of the tree covered hills and mountains through the misty fog. Definitely recommend staying in October, as it gave us very cozy fall vibes. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful property. Very clean. Only comment is I didn’t realize the property did not have central air conditioning. It was 100 degrees outside during our stay. The home has air conditioning upstairs. The main floor did stay relatively cool though.

Very clean, nice property. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive into downtown and not walkable to much. But that was fine for us. Space was great, very comfortable.
