The "Tecoma Stans" tent is anything but ordinary. Taking your camping experience to another level with breathtaking views of beaches just walking distance from the property. The "Tecoma Stans" tent is a complete vibe with your own kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Located in the peaceful area of Smithfield/Two Brothers near the heart of the town Frederiksted that you won't be too far that you can't get to parties, but far enough that you can get peace and quiet as well.

The host, Charles, is very friendly and welcoming, and readily available for the plethora of questions and advice we needed. At one point, when he didn't have an answer for us, he called on a friend to weigh in and get us the needed answer.

This was the most adorable glamping spot ever. Super close to the beach something like a 10 min walk which is pleasant. The site is spacious and the tent is a lot bigger than I was expecting. If you like the out doors and camping this is definitely a spot to check out. If you are worried about the out door shower being chilly don't, because the sun warms the cistern enough to where the temp is just right to cool you down after the heat of the day while not being too chilly. Charles is an absolute gem if a host and will help you with any issues including a learning curve on how to use a compost bathroom 😅. If i am able to come back to St Croix I will definitely be booking here again. Hopefully longer next time. 10 out of 10 would recommend Tecoma Stans to my out doorsey friends.

The host is above and beyond what you could ask for. I definitely recommend this experience for any nature lover. The site was definitely worth the stay to hear all the beautiful sounds of St Croix. One of our favorite parts was watching the lizards in the grass behind the camp stove, there was such a variety and they just hung out without worry of being watched. We didn’t stay at his container home next door, but we saw it and it would be a perfect combination for a family with kids who want a fun experience to rent both!

Hiccups in the beginning but Charles was very helpful. This is a camping option. It's a glamping option, but still a tent. IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO CAMP, then don't book it. Book his other option which is a really cool container apartment he built himself. And if that is not to your taste, then pay 2-3 times for a typical mediocre resort in the town. I prefer to give my $$ to a local entrepreneur vs some corporation.

It's safe and walking distance to the beach and has been apart of my upbringing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Glamping is somewhat new to the island and camping is something done only during easter. I have decided to bring that elevated camping vibe all year round once weather permits.
