Minutes away from Deep Creek Lake and Wisp, this remodeled, dog-friendly home is your perfect getaway on 3 private acres! Enjoy meals in our well-equipped kitchen or grill out on the spacious deck. Cozy up in front of the living room electric fireplace or play arcade/board games in the basement-level family room. Gather with family and friends around the two firepits or watch TV and relax in the covered patio hot tub. The yard is perfect for cornhole or canine companions!

The space
Main level has beautiful well-equipped kitchen, seating for 10 total at peninsula/dining table, and a relaxing living room with electric fireplace. Off the hallway is the king bedroom with room darkening curtains, a dedicated workspace, and pull out single. This level also has a second bedroom with full/twin bunk bed and a shared full bathroom with bathtub. Spacious deck has table with seating for 8, extra seating, gas grill, and two sets of stairs for easy access to the yard/driveway.

Lower level has family/game room with a multigame arcade game, board games, and puzzles, 2 additional bedrooms (queen and queen/full trundle), full bath (shower only), and laundry room with extra fridge. A sliding glass door leads to covered patio with hot tub and smokeless firepit and easy access to the grass yard and second firepit seating.

Guest access
Guests have use of the entire property except locked owners closets and shed. Guests will access house through electronic keypad on front door. Unique pass code will be sent to guests prior to check-in.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly. Maximum two dogs, which MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. There is $75 non-refundable fee.

Cleaning fee includes linens and bath towels. Additionally, a starter amount of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and coffee/tea/cocoa will be provided. These items will not be restocked during your stay. It will be the guests' responsibility to purchase additional items if needed.

Hunting, smoking/vaping in the house, loud music, parties, and underage drinking are not permitted. Extra guests not allowed.

The two lower level bedrooms do not have egress windows. There is a full size slider to the outside just off of the bedrooms.
