What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Wonderful location, great accommodations, would be a five star, but there was no water pressure, the kitchen plumbing whistled when in use, and finally the temperature down stairs was always 10 degrees colder than upstairs.

We were so happy with our choice to stay at the Tranquil Greene
 the location was perfect, we walked everywhere! The place was so clean and had a darling little private courtyard in the back to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee and later a nightcap. We joined the neighborhood happy hour on Wednesday across the street at the Greene square and met some really nice locals. We got a lot of great info from them on where to go for food and cocktails! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It was our first time in Savannah and we loved it!!!

Beautiful home

We had a lovely time staying here. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed except tissues (no biggie). We appreciated the inclusion of local coffee grounds to make coffee in the morning. Super cute location near Greene Square. Walking distance to everything. Just 2 blocks over is a trolley stop.

Perfect getaway

This home was fully equipped. I love how welcoming the home felt when we walked in. (Loved the Christmas decorations! ) Perfect location near downtown Savannah, everything was walking distance. I would stay here again!!!

Great Location!

This was a wonderful place in a fantastic location. We parked our car and didn't use it the entire stay. Everything is walking distance from the property. Nice park right across the street from the property so it was very convenient for my dogs.The home was nicely stocked and very clean.

Too short a stay!

Could have stayed a week! We were only in Savannah for three nights and could have stayed longer. The house was perfect and there courtyard was quite nice.

Loved the house and it's charm. It was located within walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was very well stocked and towels plentiful. The bathrooms and kitchen had all the modern conveniences. Would go there again.

Location location location & CLEAN

Nicely decorated & clean! A walk outside to a beautiful square- loved the sound of the horses hooves against the cobblestones of the carriage tours that went by. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go so left the car in the public parking garage the whole time although that is an added charge.

A full length mirror in both bedrooms would be a nice upgrade. currently only one mirror in one of the two bedrooms. does have narrow steep steps to second floor. Great location in Savannah.

The house was very nicely renivated. Everything was new and fresh. We are two couples in our 60s that travel together. We enjoy renting homes rather than hotels because we get to enjoy more together time and occasionally cook together. The stairs were a little steep but that’s to be expected in a house built in the 1800. The location was very convenient. Close to everything but in a quieter part of the town. Being on one of the squares was a plus. Lucky Savannah was very responsive.

We had no issues finding on street parking by house. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. Nice applicances and details by owner such as umbrellas by door, supplies for washer and dryer, etc. 7 - 15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Outside space is a nice addition. Well suited for up to 4 adults. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint and Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is located nearby Broughton Street and other shops. We did Uber once and pedi cab a few times (which was fun).The house was located directly across the street from a square, which was very peaceful and had several benches to sit and relax and take everything in. Horse and carriage and trolley would come through the circle at different times, but it was not annoying. Everyone is so friendly, we met a few neighbors and one man was actually from a nearby city in PA.The only downside to this house was a pictures made it larger than it was, and the second bathroom was downstairs, which made it inconvenient. We have stayed in several other properties, but the steps in this rental were very, very steep and narrow, you had to come down sideways., Or each foot on an outward position. Make sure you are barefoot because there is carpet pads on the steps and with shoes it made it a bit slippery, because it was thin. The water pressure was not full blast. The closets had no space or hangers for clothes to be hung because there was a dresser in the one bedroom closet.There were four adults, and no where to hang up coats, which would have been helpful. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great house! Located on a quiet street, clean and comfortable. We walked to River Street for dinner each night. Its smaller than the pictures suggest, and the stairs are narrow and steep. Both bedrooms are upstairs, one with an attached bath and the other must use the bathroom downstairs. Wasn't a problem for us, but I can see how it might be for some. Would stay here again!
