Ceci est une immense propriété moderne, 4200 pieds carrés, au bord du lac avec 6 chambres et 4. 5 salles de bain. Situé dans la communauté fermée de Penn Estates, rempli de commodités: aires de pique-nique, sentiers pédestres pour les membres et les animaux domestiques, lac pour la pêche, piscine extérieure, courts de tennis, terrain de volley-ball, terrain de baseball, terrain de basket-ball. Vous aurez un accès gratuit à toutes les commodités disponibles au sein de la communauté.
À distance de marche de la plage, de la piscine et des courts de tennis !!!

A propos de la maison:
Le niveau principal a: grand salon à aire ouverte avec cheminée et TV LCD 60 ', lecteur DVD, service de câble HD et Wi-Fi. Salle à manger avec table pour 16 personnes, TV LCD 56 ", cuisine entièrement équipée avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable. 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain.
Troisième étage: chambre principale avec jacuzzi dans la salle de bain et balcon privé. Et le Loft.
Le premier étage comprend: une salle de jeux avec table de billard, table de ping-pong et TV LCD 56 '.
2 chambres et 1 salle de bain complète.

Great house and location to host a multi-family getaway. The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also large common room spaces for everyone to come together. The house is very “bare bones.” Linens are provided but I wish we would had brought our own to be more comfortable. Overall, a great vacation rental.

If I could rate this stay 10 stars I would. Eugene is an excellent host and very accommodative. Would recommend walking around the floors with socks or slippers as your feet would get pretty dirty but other than that everything else was great.

We had an amazing stay at the vacation home. Our group included five families with toddlers, and the property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. It had all the amenities we needed and we especially enjoyed the beautiful pond view and the kayaking experience. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Big chill weekend

We’re a group of close friends getting away after the holidays to chill and have fun. The house was perfect and in a beautiful spot on a lake. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again.

Rainy week, but fun

We dodged rainstorms six out of seven days but managed to enjoy ourselves. Highlights were campfires, nearby waterfalls, rides in the rowboat and jigsaw puzzles. One big advantage is the huge kitchen and dining room so no one gets claustrophic when trapped inside. Howard & Family

Cousins Ski Weekend

This home provided a perfect retreat for our family's ski trip. It was both private with a beautiful lake view, yet close to shopping, restaurants and Camelback Ski resort. Our host was very responsive and the family can't wait to stay at this property again!

Absolutely amazing! The house definitely has that "wow" factor as soon as you enter. The location is perfect. We had 8 adults, 3 kids, 1 infant and a dog. Plenty of room! Even had space to give yourself "time out" if needed. Very clean and well cared for. This home must be the best home in the Poconos because of the location to the lake! You can't ask for anything better! Eugene is very responsive and a great host. Thank you!

Fabulous Family Stay

This house was spacious, clean and very comfortable for seven adults and 6 kids between the ages of 1-10 for a weeklong family vacation. We loved the little lake, the boats, the yard, the pool and playground, watching deer, sitting together at the same dining table (rare for a group our size!) and the ease of communication with Eugene before and throughout our stay.

Great Thanksgiving

Excellent property for a family gathering where we celebrated a family Thanksgiving. The accommodations met our overall needs. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Both items providing lots of fun for the participants. Acommodations were adequate for 11people.

Beautiful House Close to Stroudsburg

Beautiful house with a properly stocked kitchen, a great design, and impeccable location. Within a private community that requires a bit more than your typical check-in, but near to the town for easy access to bars and restaurants in Stroudsburg. Highly recommended for large groups.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great weekend Getaway! The house was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we were looking for. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit as well as the lake. Even on the rainy days we had a great time playing the table games. The Host was very pleasant and made the whole weekend very easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful vacation!

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! Eugene, the host; is always quick to respond and always willing to do whatever it takes to please his guests. We stayed here two years ago, and Eugene has done some wonderful upgrades to the bathrooms. We also loved the new fire pit area. Thank you, again, Eugene; for making our stay so memorable!

Needs some updates.

Property was great for a large group (we were 6 adults, 5 children). House was very clean. Only critique would be an update of some of the cookware. Pans were very old, and difficult to cook on. Also they could add a few things to make the house cozier like some throw pillows and blankets. Overall, a very enjoyable trip.

Annual getaway with family & relatives

As always, Eugene our property manager was great. There were a few glitches with checking in but he handled it well. This is the 2nd time we’re here in this property and we loved it. The bathroom was renovated and it was beautiful. I definitely will be coming back again. We had an unforgettable memories there.

The best place to stay in the Poconos

We have stayed at this property before and we loved it so much that we came back and will continue to come back. The home is extremely beautiful, welll appointed and spacious. The place was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen has all of the items that you need to cook. Sheets and towels are supplied. It is right on a lake and very close to skiing. Dealing with Eugene is a pleasure.

Lake life

Loved having the lake view and access. Really enjoyed fishing and kayaking canoeing whenever. Love the great room and large dining table. Loved the large countertops for buffet serving. The ice maker didn't work and since Eugene was out of the country that didn't get resolved. He was very responsive before.
