Perfect for a couple and a couple of small kids.

Step inside your cozy yet modern retreat and be greeted by tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The open-concept living area invites you to relax and unwind, with ample natural light streaming in through large windows.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks during your stay, complete with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Dine indoors at the charming breakfast bar or take your meals alfresco on the expansive patio, where panoramic views of Lake Havasu create an unforgettable backdrop for every occasion.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our vacation rental at Sam's Beachcomber Resort offers the perfect home base for your Lake Havasu getaway.

Book your stay today and experience the magic of this desert oasis for yourself! Golf cart is available! Runs on gas- renter must fill it. Get around easily and explore all the resort has to offer.

"Boats/Jet Skis are not allowed to moor in the cove between B and C overnight. Boats may temporarily moor on the shoreline during the day, but they will need to pull off of the beach area by sundown. Boat owners can rent a boat slip, park in their designated space/site, or make a reservation for the Point Parking area. There will be a $500 fee imposed on all violators."

WATERCRAFT POLICIES: Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort requires registration and insurance for any boat or personal watercraft that is brought into the resort. These documents need to be presented to the Sam's employee at check-in. The watercraft must be owned by the sublessee staying in the resort. Our boat launch is free of charge. Boat slips are available to rent on a first-come first-served basis. Boat slips can accommodate up to a 26' boat. Rental fees for October through March are $20/day, $80/week, or $250 per month. Rental fees for April through September are $30/day, $120/week, or $300 per month. Contact the Security Guard to request a boat slip at time of check-in.

Beautiful porch view

We started every morning with coffee on the porch. Beautiful lake/beach view. Property is small but clean and up to date with all necessities.

Property & Location , but the property mgt was not.

Good: The property and location were clean, relaxing, and overall nice. Bad: The property mgt company running this place was subpar and the manager Layla neve responded to our email, call, and text highlighting and asking for a resolve upon check in for.... 1. Grill not working, 2. Golf cart advertised not available, 3. Lock on the front door is broken, 4. Broken, paddle board advertised was dented & cracked, 5. The check out tones listed conflict with the check email we got. Overall the property is nice, but the mgt company was not great and mis advertised the listing and then when we finally reached out to VRBO they contacted us with multiple contradicting statements and Layla the Mgr was to busy to reach out to us to resolve for the 4 days we where here.

I did respond but after getting talked to terribly for something that I had no knowledge of or control over I stopped. We made every accommodation we could including a refund of 2 nights. Nothing more I could do or worth getting beat up over.

We enjoyed our time at this property and it was as advertised. Clean, updated and great view of the lake. My husband also loved riding around in the golf cart. Unfortunately the last people left it almost empty but he took the gas can and filled it up so he could enjoy it. The owners would be better served by adding more details about the property because it does offer nice amenities. Most importantly the property host should be replaced. She never answered any of my 5 inquiry messages one of which was adding an additional day to our trip. I also called her voicemail 3x and got nothing back. I was seriously worried about our stay bc I’ve never had an issue with a host not responding. I finally called the real estate company and was helped on a few occasions by other agents that were great. In a previous review someone complained about Layla and we didn’t think too much of it but now I agree with that person. A renter should Never have to worry about their VRBO
