A newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom, open concept kitchen, dining and large living area. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large back patio with firepit and scenic view of the bike trail. There is full access to the bike trail and a bike rental shop a few doors down. This home is walking distance to local shops, many restaurants nearby. Very close to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Snow Trails Ski Resort, the historic Mansfield Reformatory, Malabar Farm and many other local attractions.

FABULOUS PROPERTY

From start to finish this was a wonderful vacation home for us. We loved the layout so much we are going to build a house just like it. Incredibly well furnished, quiet and safe location, and convenient to everything we wanted to be near. Check in/out was a breeze and the manager/owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will be back next year!!

Family Reunion

Our family traveled to Ohio for a family reunion. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults, the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and the furniture comfy. The pictures are all accurate and everything in the house is new. We will definitely book again!

I am originally from the Mansfield area. I attended Bowling Green State University. I am currently a partner in a construction company local to Mansfield. I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, watching sports and being active outdoors. I appreciate the opportunity to share a beautiful property with guests from around the country.

The Mill Street home is a very unique property. It is adjacent to an old historic grain mill building that has been renovated. The property is also near the bike trail with amazing views along the entire trail. Near by are attractions like the Mid Ohio Sports Car Course, Snow Trails Ski Resort, the historic Mansfield Reformatory, Malabar Farm state park and Mohican State Park.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is very close to downtown Lexington, but secluded in it's own setting next to the mill and the bike trail. It's the best of both worlds, very quiet yet only a short distance from local businesses and attractions.
