Please note: The Security Deposit is $1500 and VRBO/Homeaway does not collect but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please note: VRBO will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants, this quote is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The amount you pay to VRBO includes added VRBO and agency administrative fees (the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO). These charges will NOT be reflected on your lease papers, as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the homeowner.
