The Space:

Nomi's Ark is a historic cedar-paneled two-bedroom Manzanita property that promises all the comforts of home. This cozy yet spacious house is the perfect place to savor a beach getaway!



Step into the warm, beautifully appointed living room featuring comfortable furniture arranged around an impressive wood-burning fireplace. Cuddle on the couch to watch your favorite movies on the 50" flat-screen TV. If the TV doesn't interest you, grab one of the many board games or card games provided and have a fun family game night.



The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped to delight the group's chef! Whether preparing a seafood feast or a light brunch, this bright and roomy space is a delight to work in. Large windows surround the dining table that will comfortably accommodate up to six people.



Nomi's Ark has comfortable sleeping for up to four adults with a maximum occupancy of six. When it's time to rest, you'll find that the first bedroom is just as carefully appointed as the living area. Up the stairs is a comfortable king-size bed with beautiful end tables, reading lamps, and plush, designer linens. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a lovely dresser, pillows galore, and great lighting. A custom, remodeled bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Nearby is a floor-to-ceiling bookcase with all kinds of reading materials and board games.



While the home's inside is uniquely warm and beautiful, the landscaped and fully fenced backyard offers the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather with a hot tub to soak in after a long day on the beach. There's also a gas grill for hosting a summer cookout while watching the sun set over the Pacific. In the garage, you'll find 2 adult bikes, 1 toddler, 1 child bike, 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon - all provided for guest use!



Located right near the heart of Manzanita, this gorgeous Oregon Coast vacation home is 1/2 block from the beach and less than a block to town. Manzanita is a hidden treasure filled with boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and a seven-mile stretch of quiet, sandy beach. For those seeking a little more adventure, Oswald State Park - located just north of Manzanita - provides an excellent surfing beach, beautiful hiking trails, and viewpoints. Take in the most incredible view of the coast from the top of nearby Neahkahnie Mountain.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the whole house except one owner closet that is locked. There is plenty of storage in this little house so that should not take away from anything. Our home is your home.



The Neighborhood:

Nomi`s Ark is located in the heart of Manzanita, 1/2 block from the beach and less then a block to town. We love the location close to town as you have restaurants, the pub, coffee shops, and the beach very close. The house sits on a quiet street and is close to everything in Manzanita.



Getting Around:

No need for a car in Manzanita if you wish to not drive. Everything is very close, including our Little Apple Deli in downtown Manzanita. If you would like to venture out of Manzanita, there is public transportation called "The Wave". The Portland airport is the closest commercial airport to us and its about a 2 hour drive. You can rent a car at the airport or have family/friends bring you out to the coast.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours/emergency phone number to call if needed to.
