Profitez de notre maison avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an dans la belle Manzanita sur la cĂŽte nord de l'Oregon. Notre maison confortable est parfaite pour une petite famille, trois couples, un week-end pour dames ou un week-end romantique pour deux. Notre maison est Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons et demi de l'ocĂ©an avec un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage oĂč vous pourrez vous promener sur la magnifique plage de sept miles. Nous avons Ă©galement une vue sur la montagne Neahkahnie en direction nord. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour prendre le dĂ©part sur le pittoresque parcours de golf de Manzanita ou de se rendre Ă  vĂ©lo au parc d'État de Nehalem sur l'un de nos deux vĂ©los. Tennis, volley-ball et aire de jeux sont Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons du parc de la ville.

Notre cuisine / grande salle avec plafond voĂ»tĂ©, puits de lumiĂšre et foyer en pierre de riviĂšre est au niveau supĂ©rieur avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. La grande salle est entourĂ©e de fenĂȘtres pleine longueur pour une vue imprenable. DĂ©tendez-vous sur notre grande terrasse au large de la grande salle avec un bon livre tout en profitant d'une vue grandiose sur l'ocĂ©an. La chambre principale (lit queen) avec un grand dressing a une terrasse privĂ©e et salle de bain complĂšte avec puits de lumiĂšre. Notre salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire est Ă©galement au niveau supĂ©rieur. Le niveau infĂ©rieur a deux chambres (une avec lit queen, une avec lits jumeaux), salle de bain complĂšte et buanderie.

Nous sommes Ă  dix pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la rue principale de Manzanita oĂč vous trouverez de merveilleux restaurants, de charmants magasins de cadeaux et d'antiquitĂ©s, un bar Ă  vin, une librairie, 2 Ă©piceries, des cafĂ©s et une boulangerie. Un excellent crabe dans la baie de Nehalem est Ă  seulement 5 km et vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  emporter notre crabe avec vous. DĂ©solĂ©, nous ne permettons pas aux animaux de compagnie ni de fumer.

Nous avons le Wi-Fi, une télévision à écran plat / cùble, un lecteur DVD et une grande sélection de CD ainsi que des jeux, des puzzles et des jouets de plage, des chaises de plage et un parasol, un port-berceau et une chaise haute.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home filled with light, art, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was a delightful place to cook and the lovely unique serving dishes were a joy to use every day. Savored the ocean views and breeze on the deck. A wonderful peaceful haven with Adirondack chairs and colorful flower pots. Each morning we saw a young deer asleep in the tall grass on the east side of the deck. Walked on the beach and on trails in Nehalem Bay State Park. Quick walk to downtown.Carol is the quintessential host. This place has it all. Hope you’re lucky enough to stay in this Manzanita beach house!

Wonderful week on the coast

The house has a nice deck with flowers and beautiful views. We found the kitchen to be well equipped, and everything easy to find. Check in was easy, communication was great, and notes in strategic locations covered any possible questions. I would absolutely stay at this home again!

Wonderful Home with Beautiful Ocean View

This home is decorated beautifully and equipped with lots of amenities, including games, books, CD player and CDs, ample size kitchen and dining areas, large picture windows, large deck, fresh flowers, plenty of toiletries and paper goods, and much more. We especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and the short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all. We also appreciated that we were close enough to downtown Manzanita to walk there several times rather than driving and parking. This home was in a quiet area and was very comfortable for our stay. I highly recommend it!

Carol's place is warm and inviting. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful views and the perfect location for walking . Manzanita is one of those sleepier coast towns. Less touristy than Cannon.

Perfect

Our family of 5 stayed for a little under a week. We walked to the beach every day - a short easy walk from the house. We enjoyed meals and family time in the large family room/kitchen overlooking the ocean. The home itself is very inviting and well kept. For families with little kids, the master is upstairs and two other bedrooms are downstairs. We could still hear our youngest when he needed us at night. The kitchen was fully stocked making meals at home easy. We loved our stay - thank you!

Fantastic location and views

Wonderful Retreat

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we can't wait to come back. The home was really clean and well stocked. Such a relaxing space and close to beach and town. So enjoyed the view, star gazing on the deck and watching the sunsets!

Great getaway

Enjoyed the well furnished and supplied beach home. Especially appreciated the flowers on the deck, the well stocked kitchen, and the spacious closets! Nice access to town and golf course and not far from the beach.

Awesome location, perfect for families

This was our third time staying at the property - we keep coming back because it checks all the boxes to accommodate an easy vacation with two young kids (2 and 4). Location is 4 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the city park and downtown. The deck overlooks the water to enjoy quiet time and drinks after the kids go to sleep. Each room has a big walk in closet perfect for black-out kids sleep. Carol is super responsive and seems to be a very lovely person over email :) Would 100% recommend!

We were fortunate to find this beautiful view lot in 1997 and Hinkhouse Homes built us a wonderful house maximizing the view. Our family had always enjoyed the coast and we couldn't be happier with the house, the views, the location and charming Manzanita.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A wonderful panoramic view of the Pacific and only a short, flat walk to the ocean. Watch the athletic kite and sail boarders ride the Manzanita surf and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from our deck or living room with floor to ceiling windows.
