You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.

We recommend renting a car, especially if you plan to explore the beautiful Gulf Coast and its many attractions. Having your own vehicle allows you the flexibility to come and go as you please.



Jolly Trolley:



For a convenient and scenic way to explore the coast of Pinellas County, you can catch the Jolly Trolley. It's only a few blocks away from the property and provides stops along the coastline, including the beaches.



Rideshare Services:



Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, offering convenient transportation options when you prefer not to drive.



Boat Parking:



If you're planning to bring a boat with you, please notify us in advance. We can make arrangements to ensure a parking space is available for your boat. Please note that a boat will count as one of the available parking spots.

• POOL HEATER – Pool temperature depends on outdoor conditions such as air temperature, wind, rain, and season. While the heater significantly increases comfort, specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially during cooler weather.

Please note:

During cold weather or overnight low temperatures, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain higher temperatures (such as 85°F).

Heating the pool can take several hours or even a full day, depending on weather conditions, wind, and initial water temperature.

Heater performance is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed during colder days.

If the pool temperature is 20–25°F warmer than the outside temperature, the heater is working properly.
