Enjoy the colorful morning sunrises and the glowing sunsets from this one of a kind cottage property. Whether inside or outside, this cottage is the ultimate for a relaxing getaway. You will enjoy a clear view from the 3 gliding patio doors that lead you directly onto the wrap around deck. Here you will enjoy comfortable outdoor seating for dining and pleasure. Every room in this cottage has a water view. This property sleeps a maximum of 5. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. A queen size pull out sofa is located in the cozy living room.
Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout. Just a short walk to the famous Flo's Clam Shack and Shultzy's Ice Cream and restaurant. Walking distance to the Sunset Café, Local z , and Trembley's Restaurant. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown Newport.

Such a relaxing stay with beautiful views! We spent a lot of time at the Naval Base, but tried to enjoy the cottage as much as we could! It has all the amenities you need and did I mention the views?!!! We can’t wait to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this oceanfront cottage! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better — right by the water with stunning views and easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. It’s the perfect spot for a small family or a couple looking for a peaceful escape. Communication with the host was seamless!

We had a great long weekend at this wonderfully renovated and well appointed cottage! very comfortable furniture including beds. View is amazing and walking to seafood and ice cream was a big plus! Would definitely rent this cottage again.

We had a fabulous stay at this cottage. It was cozy and looked exactly like the pictures. The deck on the beach is fantastic and the area is very friendly. I have recommended this cottage to my friends as a perfect get away spot. The host responded immediately to all of our inquiries. I can’t say enough good about our VRBO experience!

This was the perfect house for our family of five to rent for a long weekend while we attended family 50th anniversary events in Newport! Nicely decorated, clean and located on the water! The host thought of everything..,fridge was full of beverages and snacks! Would definitely rent again!

Just returned from our trip and our stay at the cottage was so relaxing! The cottage is well appointed with coffee, snacks, a mix of beverages that are great if you don't get a chance to get to the grocery store before checking in. The check-in/check-out process was super easy. The area is quiet and peaceful, and a great place to enjoy a walk along the water. We had the opportunity to try some great nearby restaurants, and the location was also great for day trips to Mystic, Newport, New Bedford, Westport....so very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage!

Perfect for our girls trip!! The kitchen was stocked beautifully with drinks and some snacks to kick it off. The coffee bar was a very nice touch. The sitting area that looks out on the water...best reading nook ever!! Easy access to so many great eateries, shops and history. We will be back!

We had such a great stay at the cottage. Suzanne is a wonderful host, it really seems that she thinks of everything! The cottage itself is beautiful- very clean and comfortable. Just the right size for our family and SO convenient with beach access and walking distance to a lot of different spots to eat. The check in and check out processes were very easy. We were discussing visiting again before we even checked out! :)

Lovely house and very well-equipped! It’s right on the water and has an amazing view. It is also right on a road, which wasn’t too busy on weekdays, so there is some car noise when you’re sitting on the porch but it wasn’t bad and is covered by the sound of the wind and waves in the afternoon. Very easy check in and out process and Suzanne was easy to communicate with. Great AC which was helpful as it was quite hot when we were there.

Great Little Home on the Beach

Very Clean and Cozy Home, right on the Beach in Portsmouth, RI. Off Street parking was very easy to use and not crowded during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly and Owner was very communicative with house rules and to contact if we needed anything during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book again!

This is a cozy house with a really nice beach decor. Suzanne has it stocked with lots of goodies and plenty of deck furniture, for enjoying the amazing location. Dining for five would be tricky, but that is a minor problem which is easily outweighed by location and owner thoughtfulness! All you need to bring is your luggage, a few herbs and spices, and a desire to relax! We look forward to coming back soon to enjoy this getaway without having other obligations to keep us from enjoying time on the deck with a nice glass of wine!

Sweet Cottage with Breathtaking Waterfront View

The home was immaculate and was well equipped. Bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The setting gave the sense of sleeping on a boat with the shoreline right out our back door. Although it was a bit chilly to sit on the beach, we enjoyed the walk and sightseeing in Newport and Jamestown. The Animal Toparchy Gardens were fascinating. We would love to rent this"little slice of Heaven" again sometime.

Adorable beach cottage with amazing views!

My husband and I loved staying here. The cottage is well appointed, very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated in a beachy motif. We especially enjoyed reading on the deck while listening to the tiny waves hit the shore. There was always plenty of parking available right in front of the house, and we loved walking to Schultzy’s for lunch or an ice cream cone. The view is gorgeous, and the cottage is in a very convenient location. We would definitely rent here again!

Picture Perfect

Homie and luxurious all in one. Suzanne was a perfect host. We loved the view, which you could see as soon as you opened the front door. The house was beautifully decorated, with small touches to make it feel personal (books, drinks, snacks). The deck was a wonderful place to sit both morning and night (and anytime in between). We stayed as a family of 5, 3 adults, 2 kids (my husband, myself and my mother). Walking distance to several nearby restaurants and ice cream. Location, location, location, you're right on the water, and it doesn't get better than that!

Newly renovated and on the water!

Suzanne and her husband outdid themselves. The modern updates, renovations tasteful furnishings and decor made their home so comfortable I could move in tomorrow! Several lovely environments indoors and outdoors made this a fun and relaxing getaway for us. We stayed two days and enjoyed one relaxing, paddle boarding, swimming day at the cottage. The next day, we enjoyed a short ride to the gorgeous beaches and coast of Newport!

Right on the Water!

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house is impeccably clean and modern. The furnishings are beautiful and comfy. We especially loved hanging out on the deck and listening to the ocean - day and night! Easy parking, good AC, water machine, and plenty of towels. The house is right off of a road, but its a quiet neighborhood. Found lots of fun shells and sea glass on the beach! We went to Newport and also took the ferry to Prudence Island - both a short drive away. Overall, great stay - would deff return!

The most comfortable rental I have ever stayed in.

This place is really amazing. It does not disappoint. Location is perfect, literally right on the beach. You can sit on the deck and watch the ocean. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Waves. Very comfortable, new, quiet, air conditioning units in every room. You will be comfortable even if it's 100° out. The unit comes very well stocked. The owner left some juice packs for kids and some wine for adults. Perfect. Everything you need for the beach as well. Beach tent for the guests to use. Beach chairs. Beach towels. Walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream shops. Very responsive host. No issues during the stay. Would stay again.
