C'est la maison idéale pour un couple ou une petite famille pour profiter des merveilles de la vie côtière. Vous êtes sûr de vous sentir détendu dans notre chalet pittoresque et calme. Si vous choisissez de vous aventurer pour explorer la magnifique Rhode Island pour la journée, Newport est à 20 minutes en voiture et Providence à 40 minutes (assurez-vous de revenir à temps pour le coucher de soleil à couper le souffle parfaitement vu depuis notre pont de la baie) ).

Adorable cottage. Great views of Narragansett Bay! Enjoyed watching the boats pass by, so relaxing. And the sunset was like a painting! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous view of the water. Loved the old New England feel of this cottage. I could feel the family history in its walls. Would have loved to know more about the family who owns it. Bathroom has been renovated but if you are looking for very modern this isn’t it. It was our perfect vacation place.

The house exceeding our expectations by a mile! It was the perfect spot to relax with our son who is at NAPS this year. House had everything we needed and the views were exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for opening your family home. It is hard to find an affordable vacation cottage in New England on the water. For many years we went the Ocean House in Watch Hill and the Castle Hill inn in Newport. The property did not disappoint with absolutely beautiful views and beautiful birds and serenity.

The view was incredible and the surrounding town was quaint. The beds were comfortable and they had plenty of fans and A/C units available to keep us comfortable in the summer heat!

Fantastic vacation. Location was perfect. Great views of Hog Island. It was so peaceful and quiet. The house was comfortable and large enough if we had gotten rain, we would not be on top of each other. All the amenities we would need were there.

The property was perfect. The views were magnificent, day and night. I lived in Portsmouth for over 40 years and the only wildlife I saw was rabbits and the occasional coyote. During our stay this week we saw deer every day !

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family of three. We loved the quiet location and the breathtaking view of the bay. We have stayed at several different rentals in Portsmouth and this was by far our favorite. We hope to return soon!

This cottage was just what we had hoped for. It was well equipped, a quite location and just a short drive to Newport. Our weekend schedule was packed with family activities, so we didn't get to just relax and take in all the peacefulness of the tranquil setting. We want to come back and just relax, listening to the waves, watching the activity on the bay and curling up with a book and a glass of wine and watching the spectacular sunsets. Our Favorite Getaway

The cottage is clean, spacious, and quiet. The perfect place to go after a day at the Newport Folk Festival. This was our third year staying here and we hope to be back next year.

Beautiful setting!

Quaint cottage that is well equipped and with the most comfortable King size bed! Wonderful location right on the bay, peaceful & private. Convenient to Newport, Portsmouth, Bristol and the coastal towns. We had a wonderful stay.

RWU parent hideaway

We’ve stayed twice and will hopefully be able to enjoy it as long as our son is a student at RWU! Great place, super clean an absolutely perfect location to visit RWU!
