GREAT place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay, as everything was super clean and the check-in process was very easy. In addition, we arrived to a refrigerator full of bottled waters and snacks on the counter for us. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend

We used Sandy and Jay's place as a landing spot for our nephews wedding weekend. The location to the wedding was perfect for us! The cottage had everything we needed and more. Loved the outside patio too! Their place was clean and lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect family stay

2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms full kitchen living room and yard. Soooo much space for our family get together with plenty of space for privacy too . Quiet neighborhood, pristine home with all the amenities.

Great location.

The house was clean and our host was very responsive to our needs. The location is fantastic. Walk to downtown Bristol and Mt Hope Farm. Short drive to Newport and Providence. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

RI wedding

The Cottage Haven was clean, comfortable and very much a haven. Our family traveled from the West Coast for our stay. The cottage had everything and was a short drive from the wedding venue. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We would stay there again!

Cozy and Convenient

Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. Everything was spotless, and I couldn’t come up with anything I might need that wasn’t there. It was so close the many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Nest for Reuben’s and a beer. The cottage feels like you’re at Mom’s house, and it just feels like a happy place. I strongly recommend it if you’re in the Providence area.

Our quiet stay in Bristol

Our stay was near perfect. The cottage had everything you could want for a short stay or even an extended stay. Very nice to meet Sandy the owner. Very quiet stay ! At my age that’s very important. Beautiful place .

Weekend wedding stay

The overall experience was better than I thought. Very clean, comfortable beds anything we needed they thought of. The owners were very nice and were efficient with anything that we needed. Also very accommodating for parking with two cars.

The perfect cottage!

We had a wonderful time. The location was great- it was an easy drive or walk to coffee and shops near the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The cottage was as advertised- very clean and comfortable for our stay. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jay and Sandy!

Perfect for our needs

This was a carefully maintained and very clean cottage. We had a great stay! The place is located next to the home of the owners/proprietors, so although we had no problems, it was nice to know that we could have adressed any quickly and easily. There were many thoughtful little touches: new sponge, tons of towels, scores of hangers, . . . The friendly owners have lots of experience and are committed to continued enhancements.

PERFECT spot for a hangout/chillout visit in my college hometown…

One of my college buddies and I come up to Newport and Bristol every year to reconnect with our old stomping grounds and we found this awesome cottage right in the heart of Bristol that was just a few minutes away from the center of town and also very close to Newport and Providence, where we typically like to go and hang out. The property owners were very kind and accommodating and their property is just perfect. A beautiful cottage inside and out, we had everything we needed and then some. Super comfortable, everything was just spot on, and we definitely have found our new go to place to hang out each year. We already are looking forward to booking this location again, if you are looking for the perfect spot to get away for a couple of days and still be near everything that is fun to do in the area, look no further than Jay and Sandra‘s cottage!
