Come enjoy the beautiful desert in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in central Palm Desert. You will be located within a short drive to everything! Restaurants, parks, Pickle Ball courts, golf courses, hiking trails, festivals, and all your shopping needs!

Enjoy your own private home with pool, spa, BBQ, projector TV in living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a 2 car garage.

There is a desk for working remotely and 4 beds as well as an air mattress for all your guests to sleep comfortably.
The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac which gives it a very private feel. There is driveway and ample street parking. The fully enclosed backyard has been transformed into a desert oasis. There is a gorgeous pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor seating with 2 chaise lounge chairs, and mountain views. You will be in an extremely safe neighborhood that is centrally located and close to everything! Spa heating is included in your stay and the pool can be heated for an additional $75/night.

The home contains a king bed in the master bedroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We've also provided an air mattress for your use if you choose.

The full kitchen contains pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a large refrigerator and freezer with water and ice maker included.

The large living room has comfortable couches, a dining table which seats 8 and a drop down projector screen to watch all your favorite games or shows. There is also a family room area next to the kitchen with an additional couch and TV.

The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.

The living room, separate family area, and master bedroom all have smart TVs. There is Spectrum cable TV in the living room and there is also room for you to put an air mattress if you so choose.

The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay).

Up to 2 small dogs are allowed for $200/pet per stay. Sorry no cats.

OWNERS WILL NOT HELD LIABLE TO RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR THEFT TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY ON OR ABOUT THE PREMISES. RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
