Welcome to our cozy property! Please be aware that the driveway is steep and narrow, but it is accessible to all vehicle types. We kindly ask that you drive slowly for a smooth arrival.
Firewood and BBQ: For the outdoor fire pit, please bring your own firewood. If you plan to use the BBQ, please exchange the propane tank if it runs out.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
Wildlife: Black bears are common in Western North Carolina. While they generally avoid humans, please lock your car doors, check the area outside before going out, and do not leave trash or food unattended outside.
Booking Details: ID verification is required, and guests must sign a rental agreement.
No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, or power outages. We recommend travel insurance for any cancellations outside our policy window.
No Pets Allowed: While we love pets, our home is not suitable for them.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in the loss of your full security deposit.
No Parties/Events: Please treat our home as you would your own. The maximum occupancy is 16, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are strictly enforced.
Hot Tub & Sauna: Use these amenities at your own risk. Always supervise children around these areas.
Security Cameras: For your safety, we have exterior cameras: one facing the driveway, another covering the parking lot, and a third at the main entrance. Additionally, noise monitors are installed outsideâone near the pergola and another on the lower deck. These devices only track decibel levels.
