Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of our picturesque 10-acre ranch. Nestled in the heart of nature, our charming property offers a perfect getaway for those seeking peace, relaxation, and a plenty of space to adventure.

The space
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a living area perfect for entertaining, eating, or enjoying a movie by the fireplace. We also have a game room with a massage chair. Enjoy fishing on our pond as you enter the property.

You will feel instant peace upon coming onto our property. We have taken great pride in making the getaway peaceful for guest to have the best time and enjoy themselves. From playing outdoor games to the firepit. Guests will feel like home with us!

The entire property is free for you to enjoy and adventure, except the tool shed in back. Please feel free to enjoy.

Upon entering the property take a narrow driveway and watch for the pond on the left.

Very nice and comfortable

This was a very nice place for us to stay and the owner was very accommodating and helpful in anything we needed. We sat by the little pond out back in lawn chairs and watched the sunset and listened to and sang along with music as the stars came out. Very peaceful and relaxing property.

Wedding getaway.

This property is very seclusive with little ponds around it. It’s a very, very nice get away from the city, or from the country, like me. Very well decorated and plenty of sitting areas to play board games, watch movies, see the stars, or just to visit. I would definitely stay here again instead of a 5 star hotel.

Excellent host but a so-so property

The host was extremely communicative and the house had well-thought out amenities, including coconut waters for us on arrival and various little treats like undereye masks. The floorplan had a good amount of space. But the house itself needs some repair, including the foundation which is sinking in one corner and cracked the tile flooring in the middle room, and one toilet which had to be flushed from inside the tank. The host said he was working to resolve this. We didn’t have any major issues because we weren’t at the house much, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless repairs have been made.

July 4th

The property is beautiful. The home was extremely clean. I am giving an overall 4 due to lack of equipment in the kitchen & lack of supplies, no extra TP only what was on the roll in each bathroom or extra paper towels, only 2 trash bags for a 4 night stay, no charcoal or tools for the grill. The refrigerator gasket fell off the door & was not closing, we were able to put the tap back on it. For a house that sleeps so many the kitchen is not well stocked. If you don't want to cook or eat food there it is a great place. If I were to rate the kitchen by itself I would give it a 2.5. On VRBO there are no details about what is in the kitchen, therefore I don't feel it fair to do a lower rating. I reached out to the owner & specifically asked how equipped was the kitchen and was told the kitchen had everything. I told the owner we would be cooking all our meals there & there was no charcoal for the grill. We had to make a run to the store. I would happily stay there again if I was eating out all of our meals.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully decorated. The rusticness of the home gives it that nice country vibe. If you like/love to fish, the pond in front of the home will not disappoint. The State Parks and surrounding lakes are near which makes it nice for anyone who enjoys/loves to fish. Overall the property is a nice getaway for anyone who is looking to leave the hustle and bustle of the city or to just simply relax. (And yes, we will definitely be back!)
