MamaDee’s House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 2 miles from the University of Oklahoma. This home features a cozy living room with a large bay window and a beautiful arched fireplace. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a large covered patio.

Game room / exercise room located on opposite side of the house from the bedrooms with large TV and coin-operated foosball table to enjoy your time while others sleep.

No smoking inside house or in game room!

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a game room. The game room is equipped with a coin-operated foosball table, board/card games, an elliptical, a stretch machine, relaxing chairs and a large tv. Additional tables and chairs are located in the garage. This home also has a large covered back patio with a large fenced in yard.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to house and yard with exception to owner’s closet and shed.
Other things to note
Kitchen is fully furnished for cooking, dining, and grilling outside. There are 3 different coffee machines (Nespresso, Keurig, and a drip coffee maker).

We supply a starter supply of all paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and Nespresso and Keurig capsules as well as drip coffee maker filters for guests.

The home has a Roku TVs where you can use your own streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix, YoutubeTV, DirecTV etc.

Local channels are not provided, but you can log in with any of your personal accounts for access to your favorite shows. Many of these providers offer a 30 day free trail if you are not a current subscriber and wish to watch local/network TV.

OU games are broadcast on a variety of networks including PPV so please check for listing networks.

Walking distance to 7-11 and 2 parks.

There is a RING camera on driveway in front of house.
