Hamilton House - Walkable to OU campus / Stadium

This recently renovated 1940 craftsman style home is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma and campus corner shops and restaurants. The home is well equipped with modern style, while maintaining the historic character with original windows, doors and hardwood floors. This spacious three bedroom, two bath home is on a spacious lot with parking in the front and back (accessible by an alley). Each bedroom features a king size bed and master has smart tv. The hosts also allows couch sleeping for larger parties with extra bedding provided. The house has a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area with an oversized kitchen island. There is also a smaller living room towards the back of the house that can be utilized for gaming (smart tv connectivity provided), reading a book, or a cozy get away.

The backyard offers two patio areas (one for grilling) and a great place to relax or tailgate. The backyard is accessed through a mudroom making it perfect for tailgating and/or backyard activities. The backyard parking is accessible by an alley making it convenient for parking and walkability to OU campus. There is a single drive in the front allowing up to four cars and the back alley driveway provides parking for another four cars.
The large front porch also offers a nice outdoor seating option. Please stay cautious of the porch steps and drop off to the front yard.
This is the ultimate retreat for Norman visitors with enough space for larger parties, but also small enough for a couples getaway.
Please be cautious of traffic in the area on event days.
