Host did a wonderful job with both communication & refurbishing an older property to make it modern and comfortable! You can tell that thought went into small details so guests would feel right at home. Amenities were plentiful, rooms & beds were cozy and the whole property feels very contemporary considering the area. Would recommend if you find yourself in the St. Louis area!

We rented out the whole house (upstairs and downstairs units).It's easy to find, on a corner lot. It is in a nice neighborhood 'Holly Hills' I think it was. We didn't have any problems with a noisy neighborhood or anything. It had a large parking pad at the back and a nice gated yard. This rental was very centralized to our activites, with a short drive to Grant's Farm, Busch Stadium, and City Museum. This rental was very clean! Floors, bathrooms, bedding, and even the coffee maker were all clean. It was nice that both units had laundry.Great amenities including water and coffee, plenty of toiletries, detergent, etc. The TVs were nice and offered plenty of options. We went in the summer and AC worked well. The only slightly negative was the light curtains. The bedrooms had large beautiful windows with sheer curtain hung with a tension rod and then a beige curtain with a curtain rod. But they still let in alot of light. We did bring 2 black out curtains (traveling with kids, it's always helpful), and the extra tension rod actually made hanging them super easy- but that only helped one room. A heavier/darker curtain would have been nice to have in the other rooms, but that's not much to complain about. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The house & the host were wonderful! We were looking for an alternative to a hotel & this house was perfect. The host was attentive & easy to communicate with. The living room was comfortable after long days with grandkids and the bedrooms very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again!

Safe, convenient & comfy apartment in Holly Hills area.

This Holly Hills apartment was very comfortable,clean &nicely decorated. It’s in a convenient, central STL; I felt safe in the neighborhood. Edward was very attentive, checking in often to make sure I was doing ok. Would definitely stay here again
