The inside property was beautifully furnished and excellently maintained. They even supplied laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. The yard was wonderful for the dogs, but we missed the opportunity to sit outside due to the lack of lawn furniture. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. We requested an early check in and were accommodated, which was greatly appreciated.

Excellent space to stay for a mid size group right near Soulard. The property itself was very clean and easy to access. We had parking right outside the house plus a space that is enclosed in the back, which was great because we had two cars. When we come back to visit, would stay again. There are also some adorable bunnies that we believe reside in the backyard, which was a precious additional treat. Good value for the stay as well. We had no issues throughout our stay.

Really great stay, a little concerned at first about neighborhood safety but no issues. Appreciate that more toilet paper was provided upon request (only had 1 1/2 rolls in each bathroom for a 4 nite stay?) & requested dish soap was provided as well. Would have been nice to have a dish towel but not a huge deal. Bottom step of back staircase created lots of trip ups since its so high from the floor. Great to have the recycling dumpsters in the alley & always able to get parking in front of the house. Decor was really nice, thank you!

Less than Desirable

Our first night the air went out in the upstairs where 3/4 bedrooms are located. No one slept good because it was registering 80 degrees in the upstairs. The next day a maintenance man arrived to check out the unit on the inside and outside. He determined the filters to be dirty but he didn't have the right size so he had to leave and come back. It took 3 hours because he stated he got stuck at his office. This held us up from getting out on our first full day of vacation. Night 3, approx 2:50am the fire alarms were triggered. The entire family woke up in panic to all alarms in the house going off. We didn't see smoke and didn't know what to do. They eventually stopped and we went back to our rooms and as we layed down, they went off a second time. This time we looked at the brand to google search information on the fire alarm. We found the alarm triggered was closest to the air unit upstairs because it was lighting up red. We alerted the company the next day and I received a message asking for a tech to come out. We again had plans as we were only in town for a few days so we weren't at the house. I replied I would notify them when we got back and I did later that night around 8pm. I got a message they would let maintenance know and get back with me. That night I didn't get a response. The next day which was our last day the only message I got was the checkout instructions. Monday 7/20/2026 we received message our issues were being checked out and they would let us know how they could make it right and asked to call or text. We replied text since we were back to work and then no one ever got back with us.

This was a great place for our 3 families with 2 babies to get together. We loved the beds and the air conditioning. Only complaint was that although the house was clean when we arrived it had been vacuumed but the hard floor had not been mopped or they used the wrong cleaner because the babies’ bare feet were very dirty after walking on the floors. Would recommend.

St Louis getaway

Our group of 5-6 gets together every year for a 4-day weekend in the fall. We chose St Louis this time and this property was an excellent location from all of our activities. We spent time at Union Station, The Hill, the Zoo, Budweiser brewery tour, the Arch, etc.. and nothing was further than 10-15 min. Beautiful, clean home.

Perfect for graduation weekend

The house was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had plenty of room for our family. Less than 10-minute drive from SLU campus, and easy to get to the Hill, Tower Grove Park, Soulard and other parts of the city. Beds are on the softer side if that's what you like. Stairs inside and outside might be difficult if mobility challenged. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others.

Family get together

It was the perfect size for our family. Each room accommodated us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with I was impressed. All the appliances were new and easy to use. Close to all our activities we did. Parking could be a little better out back and street. Otherwise we had. Great time and would recommend this place. We will keep this one our list for our next visit to St. Louis. Also, I can’t say enough about the quick responses we got when we had a question! Thank you so much!
