Ce condo de deux chambres récemment rénové est situé dans le chantier naval, un quartier de Truman Annex au cœur de la vieille ville de Key West! Coloré, motifs amusants remplir la location avec la vie tandis que le mobilier offrent un espace de rassemblement confortable pour votre groupe. La terrasse ensoleillée donne sur les vues à distance de l'océan à travers les arbres luxuriants, mais peut également être une retraite à l'ombre avec l'aide de l'auvent réglable. 

AMEUBLEMENT…
Le plan d’étage ouvert du Quarterdeck et ses nombreuses places assises constituent l’espace idéal que votre groupe pourra apprécier ensemble. Détendez-vous sur le canapé et regarder un film sur l'écran plat, se rassembler autour de la table de salle à jouer à un jeu ou cuire ensemble dans la cuisine entièrement équipée!

ARRANGEMENTS DE SOMMEIL…
Les deux chambres ont un lit queen confortable avec des tiroirs supplémentaires intégrés dans les cadres de lit pour un maximum d'espace de stockage! Chaque chambre dispose d'un placard avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement, d'une télévision à écran plat, de carrelage et d'une nouvelle peinture pour une sensation de fraîcheur et de propreté.

Installé dans la communauté fermée et bien entretenue du chantier naval, cet emplacement offre à ses clients un endroit paisible pour se détendre à un pâté de maisons de l'action! Vous serez à distance de marche de la plage et pique-nique magnifique plage de Fort Zachary, Duval Street, Mallory Square et plus encore! Le chantier naval offre également une belle piscine communautaire bordée de chaises longues idéal pour profiter du soleil. Le stationnement est toujours un problème dans la vieille ville, mais ce condo possède son propre espace de stationnement!

Ouvrez les portes-fenêtres donnant sur le pont arrière, laissant entrer la grande brise et les rayons du soleil qui remplissent l'espace toute la journée. Cette merveilleuse extension à l'espace de vie a une table pour deux où vous pouvez avoir votre café du matin ou siroter un cocktail après une longue journée de découverte. Get away from the cold

Comfortable condo in a perfect location

We stayed at Quarterdeck for two weeks with our 9 month old baby and we’re very comfortable. The location is wonderful, the best in Key West in our opinion and the apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay.

the listing was not completely honest. For example view from balcony on listing showed green foiliage. in realty the view included parking lot less than 8 feet away, street less than 6 feet away that included bus and vehicle and foot traffic as well as an abandoned warehouse and some type of power / electrical power lot. It appeared the property manager was more interested in selling themselves and their services rather than rental. The unit was in okay condition, but more worn than I expected.

While the primary photo highlights greenery, an additional listing photo clearly shows the surrounding buildings to provide context. We continuously review our listing to ensure it accurately represents the property. The unit is maintained to industry standards and was fully functional at the time of your stay. That said, the owners are already planning updates including new flooring, paint, and décor to further enhance the space. We found the Quarterdeck to be clean and exactly as advertised. It is close to Duval and within walking distance of most major Key West attractions.

Cute little getaway

My fiancé and I had a great time at this cute little apartment! The 2 decks were great to hang out on, lots of space, and the community had beautiful walkways and pools. We will absolutely stay here again. The property managers were helpful and helped us arrange a lot of our activities, and gave us advice about the best times to do so with the weather.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed out stay at The Quarterdeck, especially eating our meals on the back balcony. The condo is in a quiet area despite construction around it. We thought the kitchen was not really equipped very well since we cooked several meals there, but we made do. We would definitely stay here again.
