Once you park your car you will never need it again! This recently renovated 3 story townhome is just 1.5 blocks from the beach. It boasts exquisite decor and an unbeatable location. Renovated in 2023 with brand new furnishings added in 2024, this house is a clean, modern beauty. Its proximity to the beach allows for easy dashes home for bathroom breaks, refreshments, and lunch. Situated in the heart of downtown Margate, you can easily walk to a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and even mini golf. The house has 3 full bathrooms plus a private outdoor shower. Over abundant amount of appliances such as: 2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers. The house comes complete with a parking spot, beach chairs, bikes, and a grill. Centrally located 6 miles to Ocean City and 5.4 miles to Atlantic City. A great place to create vacation memories to last a lifetime!

What a gem! Beautiful Margate Home

The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and had everything we could need and more! It is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Sonia was awesome, easy to communicate with and super accommodating! It was a 5-Star home all around! We had a wonderful family vacation.

I stayed at this property for a week in August with my husband, my sister, and my two kids (ages 8 and 5), and I cannot recommend it highly enough—we’ve already booked again for next summer! The host has gone above and beyond to make sure the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. And I don’t just mean the basics (towels, beach chairs, hair dryer, etc.). There’s also an incredible outdoor shower, multiple washing machines, boogie boards, bikes, and more board games than you can count, just to name a few extras.The house itself has a great layout, but what really sets it apart is the overall vibe. Unlike many Margate rentals, the interior feels fresh, thoughtfully decorated, and well put together with quality furnishings.The location couldn’t be better. Hot Bagels is just a three-minute walk away, there are at least five excellent restaurants within four blocks, and of course, the beach is close by.The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night, given the property’s location on Ventnor Ave and its proximity to Dairy Bar and Sunrise Tequila Bar. That said, the host has anticipated this too—there are quality sound machines in every bedroom, which makes a huge difference.

The beautiful home is perfectly located and equipped with everything you could possibly need for the stay and also the beach. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Great kitchen and living areas inside and out. Clean and ready upon arrival and very easy departure requests.The host could not have been friendlier or easier to work with.
