Beautifully appointed home with pool and hot tub. Great location quiet but quick ride to town , beaches and Greenport. Plenty of space for the family. Adorable kids room with secret nook. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of room for a big family gathering ( we were 6 and never felt crowded). Therese is a great host and quick to respond. We were there for the September ‘26 Nor’easter and while the wind howled we’re were cozy and safe throughout. The property is dog friendly(must prearrange). Keep in mind all couches are white. The pool area is fenced and there are pet bowls available. Kitchen has basic spices etc. All in all a wonderful wedding weekend escape.

Comfortable and spacious

This home has plenty of space for a large group. Plenty of bathrooms and seating for many. A fabulous pool and kitchen.

Our family of 9 had a great time in the house. The kids loved the playroom, so much to do and the kids bedroom was fun. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Bedrooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi.

Check in was easy. House was very spacious, enough room for all 8 of us. Location was great. Close to everything. Beautiful pool in yard but yard needed a little more upkeep. We were very comfortable and had a great time!!

Southold family vacation

The house was beautiful. There are many lovely rooms to socialize in. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed all that the north fork had to offer such as biking, swimming, wineries, beaches, parks, and breweries. It was a special place and many memories were made

My only suggestions were may be just do twin beds upstairs with a full bunk beds don’t do well with older kidsAlso brickwork around pool needs some work and front porch was mustyUncomfortable to really utilize the spaceThe kitchen was the bestThank you and good luck

Perfect Family Getaway at the Peconic Pearl

We recently stayed at Therese's home in Southold with our family and friends (4 adults and 3 kids under 5) and it was absolutely perfect! The house, pool, and amenities were all fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, especially for families with young children. The listing really doesn't do the place justice! There were kids’ dishes, a whole playroom with toys, and various fun things in the backyard to keep the entire family entertained. Everything was beyond comfortable and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. There was a minor hitch during check-in, but Therese was readily available and we resolved it quickly. Her property manager, Peter, is also super responsive and local, which was reassuring to know should anything come up. The house itself was super clean and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back in the future! A special thank you to Therese and her family for opening up their home to us. Therese's thoughtfulness went above and beyond - she even left us a lovely gift upon check-in, which was a delightful touch.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this beautiful house and would absolutely return. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The kitchen was especially impressive—it was large, well stocked, and made preparing meals easy. There were multiple living areas with plenty of comfortable couches, giving everyone space to spread out, relax, or enjoy time together.The outdoor space was one of our favorite features. There was plenty of seating, including two large umbrellas that provided great shade, and the pool was the perfect temperature all week. We also appreciated having both a grill and a smoker available for cooking outdoors.Traveling with our dog was easy thanks to the fully fenced backyard, which gave her plenty of room to safely run and play. The larger side yard, while not fenced, was beautifully shaded and added to the property's peaceful setting.Overall, this is a beautiful property that is thoughtfully equipped and incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would gladly stay here again.
