This bright and airy unit provides all you need for a wonderful vacation. Make yourself at home. Beautifully appointed with imported Italian porcelain flooring, a gorgeous kitchen with black granite counters and honey maple cabinetry with custom stone back splash. New stainless appliances were recently added. The unit also has its own Bosch washer and dryer for your personal laundry needs.

The residence incorporates a split floor plan for added privacy. Bedrooms are located on either side of the living/dining Room; each having Its own bathroom/shower with granite and custom vanities. The huge master Includes a queen size bed and sitting area with walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers both a double and a twin bed with large reach-in closet.

All cooking and living amenities are afforded. Your trip to the Beach is also covered as you have high and low beach chairs (6), umbrellas, toys, beach towels and an Igloo cooler. Tennis racquets/balls await your game on one of the three Har-tru clay courts on site.

Relax as you watch your entertainment on one of the three flat screen TV's with Xfinity HD. The 49” living room unit includes a Blue Ray DVD player and Apple TV. There is a free secure WI-FI connection available in the residence with unlimited data.

Want to go for a bike ride? This unit has two Beach/Cruiser bikes available for use free of charge; one men's and one women's.
This unit has Preferred Carport Parking; close to the building entrance. Your vehicle will stay cool and dry on the those hot days!
Harbor Towers is a wonderful waterfront resort style complex located on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The grand waterfall welcomes you to this tropical oasis as you enter the grounds.
