This apartment/condo is located on the second floor, with convenient, easy access to the stairs.

NO NEED to take the elevator.

It’s a nice option in these times of social distancing, which decreases crowd contact,
and an added safety option.

Walk the property and find your favorite spot to take in the beautifully landscaped and lush tropical setting. Walk to the gazebo, and see the twinkling lights of Sarasota or the boats and yachts in the distance. Breathe deep and take in the sweet smell of occasional jasmine, and admire the tropical flowers along the pathways.

Your 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, accommodates 6, and is decorated in soft tropical colors. Enjoy the wonderful, calming views of the marina and bay as you have your morning coffee and breakfast from your enclosed patio.

Stay on the premises after you have explored all the beaches:

PARKING POLICIES:
Due to limited parking, no boats, wave runners, jet skis, trailers, or RVs are allowed on the property. One parking spot per condo with a permit.

There is a community laundry on each floor by the elevators.

*When you reserve it for your use, we will most likely have to turn away other renters wanting to rent during the same period. We need to ensure that you intend to occupy the property during the time interval you are reserving.*

File a claim
You can file a claim with Generali Travel Protection by filling out a claim form, providing the required documentation, and submitting it to the Generali claims department.

Effective immediately, e-bikes, e-scooters, and bikes are prohibited at Harbor Towers in the building or in the apartments based on a memorandum received from our insurance agency. They must be parked at the bike rack at the southeast corner.
