Love the layout of the house. Kitchen had room to have multi people to prep food. Close be shopping stores. Host got back to you and answer your questions.

fully equipped kitchen including a kettle and an air fryer! 2 large coolers included although they aren't rolling ones. Easy walk to beach. Loved everything about this place!

My family & I had a great time at this property. We enjoyed the short distance to the beach. The hot tub was heated well. We enjoyed the pool & the community. Make sure to enjoy the dolphin cruises & other excursion. The property will send you a list of them. Overall it was a great trip. We stayed for 3 days & didn’t want to leave.

Soccer trip

We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious and nice. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the pool is big. I would stay here again!

The dishwasher had leftover food in the bottom when we arrived so we had to clean it with vinegar and it smelled awful. The refrigerator had sopping wet drawers and smelled rancid, We also bought baking soda for the refrigerator. The basics provided were the bare minimum that I've ever experienced for a VRBO. There were stains on the wall in the master bath. For check in, I had to reach out to get the information. Overall, the property was aged and not a good value for the price.

I’m very sorry the dishwasher and refrigerator were not clean on arrival and that the basics and master bath condition fell short of expectations. We addressed these concerns with our housekeeping team immediately: the dishwasher and refrigerator have been deep-cleaned and deodorized, the fridge drawers were thoroughly cleaned, and we've reviewed appliance checks with staff. We’re also updating our kitchen supply checklist, and the stain in the master bath has been scheduled for cleaning/repair. Additionally, we reviewed our check-in process to ensure arrival information is provided before guests arrive. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us improve for future guests.

Everything was good and the house was nice and roomy for our family. Really enjoyed the fact that everything was in the vicinity of where we were staying and we didn't have to drive so far out. Coffee machine needs to be updated to a Kerig Machine as well as larger pots to cook with. Overall, i give our vacation 9/10

The pool and hot tub are great! The gated entry makes you feel safe. The beach shuttle service is time saving. The house we stayed in is showing its age. Attention to paint, a deep clean and some minor fixing up would make this home sparkle !

Very well laid out for the family to enjoy! Loved the location to hot tub and pool and also such an easy stroll to beach (even with young children)! When there was a need property manager(s) were so quick in getting results!

We loved the house. The pool area is phenomenal. Beautiful and clean. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to the pool and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. We saw staff constantly cleaning the whole property. There were plenty of shopping options in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

My children, grandchildren & I stayed 4 nights & 5 days at your beautiful home. Everything that we needed & wanted was there or very close by. The pool, the stores, even the beach was only a 6 minute walk. Everything from check in to check out was very simple & easy. We will be back. Thank you.

Great location, good value for big family

Clean, great location, walking distance to beach, pool was clean, big, and great for all ages. Plenty of shopping nearby at the commons or the san destin outlets. Things to remember- minimally stocked with supplies, bring extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plenty of bath towels were provided. Bring your own beach towels. If you plan to cook big meals bring extra cookware etc. I feel like this rental was great for my vacation and I would book again.

Family summer wrap up

We found this amazing property on a whim. We knew we wanted to do something fun with our kids and extended family before end of summer and this property exceeded our biggest expectations. The photos don't do it justice. You really have to see it in person. Just mere minutes from the beach, shopping and activities.

Overall the property is in a great location. The house has a great layout and plenty of room for our party of 9. There are several things that could make this place better. The hair dryers in the 2 upstairs bathrooms did not work. We didn’t have enough towels to start with but the staff did provide us with more when we asked. It would be helpful to have a small cordless vacuum for the main floor to control the sand. Chasing sand around with a broom was annoying. Only part of the toaster worked. Several drawers in the kitchen were broken. Every other rental I’ve stayed at has basic seasonings like salt and pepper and coffee filters. None of that was provided. It would be helpful to have that stated in the listing. An additional baking sheet or 2 in the kitchen would be great. Overall it’s a decent place to stay but could use a little TLC.

Much need family vacation that did not disappoint.

Instructions were very easy to access location. Someone came by to make sure we could access and had everything we needed. House was as described. Only a suggestion not much cookware available and gas grill was not working properly. However this did not at all ruin our trip. We would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Something to consider - a couple chairs for sitting outside front on main floor. Not feeling confident main floor shower is routinely cleaned after guest checks out as the top of shower door where attached to wall was a couple inches away from wall thus shower door would not close all the way thus water getting all over the floor. A few more rolls of toilet and garbage bags for kitchen would have been nice for a family of eight as for us was not enough provided. Plenty of space for our family. Thank you.

Nice house, but dated and nothing included!!

Nice house, but don't expect anything! You can tell they want to make as much as they can, no trash bags, no soap, no dishwasher or laundry detergent, bring coffee filters... Basically just plan for a very empty house and buy anything you could possibly need. Also include light bulbs as most of those will be out too. Grille is rusted out too and almost no pans to cook with. Good location and pool is nice.
