Welcome to Toy Box Townhouse! A newly renovated townhome with modern touches, ensuites for each of the three bedrooms, and a Toy Story themed kids' bedroom that's only 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World.

We had a wonderful stay at the Toy Story Room! It had everything we needed and was in a super convenient location. The host was very responsive and quick to help with anything that came up. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Fantastic stay- this rental has everything! Even toddler swim diapers and a car seat! Seriously, I have never stayed anywhere so well stocked. Amazing!

Perfect!

We stayed over the holiday break and had a great week! The townhouse has everything you could possibly need and the kids loved the Toy Story room & private pool. The location is a short walk to the clubhouse and pool/water park. Carlo was very responsive during our stay and checked in to ensure everything was going well.

Carlo was an incredible host to work with. He was extremely attentive and generous. Our family got stuck due to a storm at home and he let us stay, without hassle, for 3 extra days at an extremely discounted price. His unit is very clean and the Toy Story room was a hit! The proximity to the pool is an added bonus. I give it 5 stars without hesitation.

Place is perfect. Very clean, modern, great for kids and couldn't possibly have a better location. Minute walk to clubhouse and everything you need from Walmart to Disney are close driving distance. Can't wait to return.

Amazing as Always

This is our 3rd stay at Toy Box Townhouse and it keeps getting better. The pool was spotless and warm The bedrooms are clean and the living room very accommodating. On this trip our daughter came down with a serious seasonal flu/fever and while it put a damper on our trip, we were sooooo thankful we were staying at Toy box for its accommodations. (60 seconds to Walmart, every room has its own bathroom, super comfortable coach, full kitchen) It’s 7 minutes to animal kingdom, 8 to Hollywood studios, 10 to Epcot, and 15 to mk door to door….. simply put Toy Box Townhouse can’t be beat

Perfect location, great stay!

This was my first time staying off property for a Disney vacation and Carlo was a great host. The location of this townhouse was easy to find and close to the clubhouse and amenities. The home was accommodating for our whole party of 3 generations. It was clean, quiet, and any questions we had during our stay were promptly addressed. Thanks for having us!

Great location, great amenities!!

Toy Box Townhouse is super cute, in a great gated community (Windsor Hills) with a water park, and the location is SUPER convenient to all the parks. We stay in this area every trip. Easy park access, a massive Wal Mart with pick up right there, every restaurant you can imagine close by for nights you don’t go to the parks. But what really set this place apart was the generous amenities - there were a variety of Kcups & teas to drink, hand soap & dish soap, laundry detergent, even shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers. Not something we expected, but especially if you fly to FL this is a really nice touch so you don’t have to bring a ton. Also CEILING FANS. Seems silly to some I’m sure but we were all so happy to have them because it seems a rare addition. Beds were good, bathrooms very nice with lighted mirrors, full kitchen (with the cutest mugs!), comfortable couch, just overall a great place with great hosts!

True to It's Name

Home was well taken care of. Up to date kitchen appliances. All rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Perfect location, just about a 1 block walk to pool and gym. Owner responsive to all questions via vrbo app in very timely manner. Recommend this property highly. Woodys room has video games and sleeps three children.

Wonderful Stay

The townhouse looks exactly as it’s pictured. The home was spotless and provided far more supplies than any rental we have stayed in previously. Carlo was wonderful to deal with - always quick to respond to our million questions, or address any minor things that arose. The townhouse is in a perfect location to use the Windsor Hills amenities. The whole community is clean, quiet and felt very safe. Windsor Hills is perfectly located for Disney and Universal, and to all the stores and restaurants on 192. We would happily stay here again.

Thanksgiving at Toy Box

Toy Box rental offers a fantastic stay close to the pool/clubhouse/game room. The unit itself is well-maintained and comes equipped with the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient. Communication from start to finish was excellent and super easy. Overall, Toy Box provides an excellent balance of comfort and convenience. It's highly recommended for those seeking a hassle-free and vacation space.

Our stay was amazing!

We had the very best time at Toy Box Townhouse! We found Carlo and his wife through the private Windsor Hills Facebook group and they were both so helpful! This place was amazing and super clean! Carlo responded to emails and texts within 10 minutes- the dryer stopped working and he had someone there to fix it immediately! With a curious 3 year old, we appreciated the alarm on the patio door as well as the added security of the mesh gate for the pool. The pool was clean and we all enjoyed having it heated during our stay. We will stay here again!

"WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION HOME"

The TOYBOX townhouse was perfect. And absolutely gorgeous! Everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The private pool was great, Especially after them long disney park days. (Which is also only like 10 minutes away from the resort) The Beds So super comfortable. The host were awesome. And made us feel welcomed ☺️ The clubhouse/main pool was literally a few feet from your front door. They offered so many different fun activities for the entire family. The staff super friendly, Food and frozen drinks were excellent. The gated community also super nice. We just got home, And already want to come back :)

Gorgeous spacious home with a Disney twist. Just 15 minutes from WDW!

We have just returned from 14 nights at Andy’s Toy box town house and we cannot wait to come back. This was our first visit staying off site in a home for visiting Disney and bringing our two young children and it was perfect. The travel times to the parks was a massive bonus as we never travelled for longer than 25 minutes. The home was very comfortable and much larger than we thought as the photos do not show the space you have. Carlo was great at getting back to any questions we had and always emailed back within the hour. We loved how all the little things had been thought of for our children and they loved the theming of the bedroom. Especially the gaming chairs for watching tv. We would 100% recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future when we come back to Florida. Being in a gated community with a pool, splash park, parks & games area was really a bonus we didn’t know we needed and our boys loved visiting the splash pad and watching out for the birds and squirrels. ( no crocodiles seen) It was a super quick walk across the road too which was ideal, especially in the heat.

The location & communication are the best perks. Also, the poolside market and grill cannot be overlooked. The food and drinks are cheap and NOT resort pricing.

Very clean and nice home we didn't get to use the pool or schedule was too packed.
