Wonderful stay at this beach house on beautiful Pawleys Island.

Had a great experience at this beach getaway. Check-in was easy and Joe made sure everything was good with us. Location was great with shopping and restaurants within a close proximity. The beach is also close and there were many things to do in the area. Can't wait to visit again!

Great location close to lots of restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc., comfy beds, spacious living area, easy check in, functioning icemaker! Dishwasher not usable, plumbing issues in one bathroom, faint smell of cigarette smoke in the unit which may have been from neighboring units and was not intolerable. It worked fine for a wedding weekend stay.

I was a solo traveler with my Cat, Nigel, as he is insulin dependent and I was in need of a vacation - I decided to just bring him with me. The host was happy to accommodate us. Nigel had a great time, and mommy got to visit the pristine beach multiple times a day during my 5 day stay :) The pristine beach in Pawley's Island was a beautiful 5 min or less drive from the Condo and amazing restaurants are within a walking distance. Gio's was my favorite - Nigel and I highly recommend this Condo :)

Cozy apartment

Cozy apartment. 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from dining. Publix Right down the street if you need anything.Price point was fair. I'll stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent.

Love this location, convenient to everything we needed. Loved the quietness and privacy. We were in town for a family reunion so didn’t really utilize the kitchen other than the microwave and refrigerator. We did use the dryer which we definitely needed because we got soaked from the storm the first day. Would be my rental of choice if we were to go back there.

Worked out well for our young family

Entire process was smooth and host was very responsive. A window was broken, but we chose not to reach out to have it fixed during our stay. There are sharp corners and glass tables that required some baby proofing but we knew that based on the pictures. Recommend to add to the listing that it is a second floor unit requiring guests to use stairs (not ideal for small toddlers).
