Loved the condo. Clean. Games for the family to play. Plenty of sleeping space and large bathrooms. Beach chairs are a big plus! We enjoyed the clean facilities and the bar by the pool!

Beautiful Condo!

We stayed through Hurricane Helene and were very fortunate to only experience some rain and high winds. That aside, the condo is absolutely beautifully decorated. It was a great location within the building and on Front Beach Rd. The pool and beach service were great and we truly enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to coming back NOT during hurricane season.

Memorial Day Stay

Overall the unit was great. It was decorated well, location was convenient to lots of things to do, pool area was pretty. There are a few things i would more helpful for the stay. The unit definitely needs a broom for the sand that is tracked in, grilling utensils would be great, definitely need more bath and hand towels. and wash cloths. For a unit that advertises sleeping 10, there should be at least 10 towels. The living room seating was tight too. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was not working which caused quite the delay, but the walk up the stairs wasn't too bad. Some umbrellas and picnic tables by the pool are much needed!! Overall great unit but definitely only for smaller groups.

The good: The view was excellent. The deck was very nicely set up. The beds were comfortable. The grounds, pool, and beach are well maintained. The beach chairs and umbrella are great.The bad: The unit was not ready at 4. When we arrived at 4 the inspector was there and was calling housekeeping back to clean a few things better which was good and bad. There were 6 bath towels, one hand towel, 10 washcloths, and two bathmats. The unit is advertised as sleeping 10 (we had 9) there should be at least 10 bath towels and five hand towels. I called Panhandle and they brought more towels that evening. The master shower door leaks bad. Soaks the mat every time someone showers. The washer has a terrible mildew smell. The rubber seal has mold.
