Enjoy tons of space in this IMMACULATE, bright open floorplan, with cathedral living room and FABULOUS kitchen. All new appliances are at the ready! Cook up a storm with family and friends or find your own quiet corner and indulge in a peaceful cup of coffee or tea. The screened porch overlooks a fully fenced-in back yard and conservation land – a true nature-lover’s retreat in the heart of Eastham. You’ll sleep like a baby in new, comfortable beds (including a first-floor queen and second-floor king) and central AC. Two full baths are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as the heated outdoor shower for renewing after a day of sun and fun.

Furniture is brand new, including couches, mattresses, outdoor cushions, quilts, rugs etc. Dogs are welcome upon owner’s approval. We have an *exceptional* cleaning team and purchased a high-end Miele vacuum for this property use only. (Please note there is a $150 pet fee for our doggie guests to cover the extra time for our cleaners to ensure the house is 100% spotless for the next guest). Should you choose to bring your dog, the backyard is fully enclosed with a high fence and plenty of room to run and fetch!

An oversized two car garage houses bikes, helmets, beach chairs, and toys for your use. Plenty of board games, cards, puzzles, and of course, pickleball! Customize the large Smart TV to your liking. And no worries, the WI-FI is blazing fast. There is a desk, HD monitor, and printer/scanner should you need to check in with work during your stay.

Our quiet, central location is adjacent to the Cape Cod Bike Trail and Fort Hill with great scenic paths. Grab your beverage of choice at sunset and bike or walk to Herring Pond, Great Pond, First Encounter Beach or the iconic Eastham Windmill. Short drive to Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches.

Basic kitchen, hand towels and bath mats are included. Linen service is not included. Bedding includes mattress covers, pillows, pillow protectors, quilts, and blankets.

This was the perfect home away from home for us. With 16 and 19 year-old young men, oldest being home from the military, we had great family time here. Excellent time at nearby, Coast Guard beach and it light beach. Hike to the great island trail. Loved the Red Barn restaurant, gift shop, and mini golf down on route 6. And being able to bring our two dogs was completely what we needed! The house was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities we needed (we did bring our own linens as per policy ). We are so grateful to have been guests here — highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Melissa's place in Eastham. Its a lovely home with a beautiful, well equipped kitchen and lots of spaces to spread out and relax. Everything was very much as pictures and descriptions described. Melissa was one of the best hosts I've ever experienced - very responsive and helpful.

The house had everything we needed and more. Everything is new and high quality—even the vacuum cleaner! So clean, comfortable and commodious. Quiet road and close to everything. Ideal location to bring our family dog as well. Lovely!

Wonderful home away from home!

Melissa's place was perfect for creating family memories on the Cape - with our dog included! The location is perfect to access beautiful beaches on the both the bay and ocean sides and the rail trail is super close, making for lots of options for activities and fun. Melissa is so considerate and responsive and was a wonderful host. Honestly, I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is - highly recommend!

A haven to relax with your best friends

The yard is completely fenced in if you have dogs who are t trained off leash. The home is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time away from home. A short distance to watch gorgeous sunsets or walk the bay at Close Encounter or Coast Guard or Nauset Light Beach.

Cape Cod Weekend

We had a great stay on the Cape. Melissa was an excellent host and the property was very nice. Great yard for the dog. The house was centrally located to all of the beaches and provided a great home away from home.

Great Cape Getaway

Lovely property, better than described. We, and our city pup, really enjoyed the backyard. Proximity to state beaches and bike trail was perfect for short outings. Melissa was communicative and helpful.

Family vacation

First vacation in Cape Cod was great! House was amazing! Lots of space both inside/out. Melissa was a great host-even when we lost the key on day 1! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including coffee, hot cocoa, tea, plastic wrap, foil, bags etc. Location of the house was great, quiet street, but close to everything. Hope to be back.

Wonderful House!

this is a lovely three-bedroom house with a deck, a patio, and a perfect screened porch with two comfortable easy chairs. The house seemed to be in perfect condition and very well-equipped, with two zones of AC ((up- and downstairs). The owner, Melissa Manas, was a pleasure to do business with, quick to respond to any questions and to address any issues that came up. Highly eximmend!
