Such a fun house! It had everything we needed for a big group gathering. Everything is new, and well thought out. Plenty of room for all the kids, lots of stuff to do. Everything was perfect!

Great home with all the amenities. Perfect for our family stay with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Check in/out process was simple and owners were great at communication and including notes/instructions around the house. Perfect spot to be close to town and the hot springs.

Great vacation home. We had a mini family reunion. Close to everything but secluded in a new neighborhood. Everyone had a blast. Very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

Family

Every year we get our kids and grandkids together for a weekend getaway. Fist time in this house and it was just amazing. Definitely will return.

Fantastic Property

This was a beautiful new property with all the amenities for a fun family gathering. It is a large spacious home with room to spread out and options for all. We enjoyed the out door fun with the hotbtub, putting green, basketball and pickleball. We loved the proximity to the Hot Springs. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Holy moly, amazing!!

This place is something else. It has everything you could imagine, plus the coolest vibe. It is trimmed out and their amenities are unmatched. My family and I cannot wait to go back. You don’t even need to go into town to have a good time.

Women's retreat

It was a lovely location and there was a good amount of room in the bedrooms. We brought our own tables for meals, although it sleeps up to 24 the seating beyond 10 is tight, unless the weather is nice enough to use the patio. The property manager was really nice to work with. Overall it's was a really lovely venue!

Amazing home!!

This house is everything and more! Clean, spacious, kid friendly, inviting, comfortable, fun, and so much more! It’s super close to all the fun in Lava! The hosts were very attentive and so nice! Perfect Family Getaway

We had 3 sets of family stay here after a wedding. It was a great place for a family get together. The kids had plenty of room and so many things to do. The bunk bed room was a HUGE hit with them. The house was big enough that no one was on top of each other. We could all spread out or hang out together and play cards at the enormous kitchen table. Beds were super comfy and the master bath tub is amazing. The family all agreed, this was our favorite place that we’ve ever rented.

Great gathering space for families

We had a wonderful time with our family at this property. It had everything (and more) that you would need. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved the cozy family room as a place to gather. Because of the weather we were not able to use any of the outdoor amenities. But the young adults loved that the garage had a ping pong table and corn hole for them to play.We will definitely stay at this home again when our travels bring us to this area.

Lava Reunion

Very lovely! I would stay here again. Easy to communicate with. Only one thing dirty and that was the rug in main floor family room. Someone before us had spilled something and spotted it. Needs to be shampooed. I loved that the garage was full of fun stuff for kids to play. Oh yea, I mentioned earlier to Preston that blow up mattress has a hole.

We spent a wonderful week here this June. The house was even better than expected! The butler's pantry was well stocked with many appliances. There was an insta pot, slow cooker, rice maker, 2 toasters and a toaster oven and a few others. There were plenty of dishes and many to spare for our group of 21.In addition to the guest book there is an online guide to the house that even includes details for using the stoves and other things around the house. The hot tub is cleaned weekly, and the guy that does the cleaning is really pleasant to chat with. There were plenty of towels for the hot tub as well as towels and linens throughout the house. We were here for an extended family vacation, and we're out and about most of the time, but the kids especially made use of every spare second playing with the onsite amenities. They loved putting around on the green, and playing ping pong, the x-box, etc. The host sent a few messages throughout our stay to keep us up to date on things. (The small stuff like when to take the trash out).One of the nicest surprises was how minimal the checkout list was. We have become use to doing quite a bit of cleaning before we leave a place, and we did do our best to leave the place tidy, but they only asked for a very few basic things.We had wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this place for your Lava Hot Springs vacation.

This property was exactly how it's advertised. It was perfect for the adults and kids. It's very close to all the activities you would like to plan for the area. The beds were very comfortable and the place had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was really well stocked with all the appliances you could ever need to use to easily make any meals you have planned. I would highly recommend this place!!! We are going to make it a yearly trip.
