A wonderful house with a beautiful view. The elevator was much appreciated to haul food and supplies up to the kitchen. The kitchen was a great place for the family to cook and visit. The whole trip was great.

Enjoyed our stay

This is a very nice, modern, high end place to stay with multiple families. We had four families, so each adult couple had their own room and the kids all slept in the two bunk areas. The view of the ocean is beautiful and it is a very short walk to the beach. There are multiple balconies to sit, which was really nice. We had a few issues at the beginning of the stay (internet not working and ants), but they sent someone out to address those. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, spacious beach front home

Great stay for our 3 generation family of 10. Beautiful view of the gulf with easy access to the beach. The 3story layout provides ample room for gathering and a spacious kitchen. The elevator is especially helpful for getting groceries to the top floor kitchen. The bunk bed rooms were perfect for the kids. We also enjoyed the fun game room on the first floor.

Fantastic vacation from beginning to end. Reservation/checkin procedure took you step by step. All done easily online. Property matched the photos. Elevator was a must. Ability to take golf cart from house directly to the beach using the boardwalk is an extra bonus that other properties don't offer. Showing the path to get there should be added to instructions. We appreciated the unique lighting, shades,TV frame, etc. Floor layout ia great. The first floor was perfect the kids. 2nd floor has most of the beds. 3rd floor kitchen, dining, family area. Great balconies. Only negative is the sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close.
