Phoenix X est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires sur la cĂŽte du golfe. Il y a une raison plus les vacanciers restent dans cet appartement que tout autre Ă  Orange Beach.



Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille Ă  Phoenix X. Il y a beaucoup d'activitĂ©s, notamment une salle de musculation, terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intĂ©rieure, un bain Ă  remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a mĂȘme un bel espace gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre sous pendant que votre BBQing.



Ceci est une unité de haut de gamme. Venez vous détendre sur le grand balcon au 5Úme étage avec vue imprenable sur le golfe ou de dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maßtre avec accÚs au balcon! Une reine dans la 2Úme chambre et 2 lits doubles dans la 3Úme chambre. Cet appareil a été mis à niveau vers de nouveaux meubles inclus, comptoirs en granit, et nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. Ne pas oublier que nous sommes juste à cÎté de la Flora-Bama!

The condo and condominium complex was great. We love this location for the Phoenix X and will be back soon.

This room has great proximity to the parking garage, elevators, and trash chute. The floor has not been mopped for some time inside the condo. If you walked barefoot your feet were black within minutes. There was food crumbs inside the kitchen drawers. Pools were clean and plenty of seating. It was nice to have a ice vending machine on the property and a air fill station for floats.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Phoenix X three years in a row. We love the location due to being able to walk across the road to eat every night. The condo was clean and well decorated. The only downside to this condo, is there is not a pantry or anywhere to put food/snacks in cabinets. The kitchen cabinets are full of dishes, so any food you bring has to be displayed on the counter. The pool is always packed, so our kids prefer the indoor pool.

Great location

The condo was in a great location and was very nice. Restaurants, bars, and entertainment are within walking distance. Great beach! The cleanliness of the unit's bathrooms was poor—visible mold in the toilets and showers. The rest of the unit was fabulous! A little bleach would go a long way... But overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Smell of smoke

This unit smells of old cigarette smoke. Having to wash all clothes we brought and clean our belongings to rid of the smell. Very disappointing

4th of July Vacation

Condo is nice and the Phoenix X is in a great location. I would go back. We had a great trip. I only gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. After 2 hours of cleaning it was fine. BTW, I’d find yourself a new cleaning crew. Toilet seats also need to be replaced in both bathrooms. Other than that, everything was fine.

The Condo was very nice but was not cleaned properly. Floors was dirty, showers was dirty with mold, shower curtains was dirty, refrigerator was dirty and under furniture has not been cleaned for sometime.

Improvements needed

Ice maker broken, someone came out looked at it said yes it’s broken nothing further. Dishwasher had 2 dirty pieces of metal sticking out at top, fortunately no one injured themselves. Washer sounds like a truck and dryer extremely slow. Only 4 coffee cups for 6 adults. Oh and no ice cube tray so had to buy ice. Inconvenient. However we love OB and that location so we may be back.

Great view from 5th floor!

Pros: Everything was great about the Phoenix X facilities (pools, grills). We have stayed at the resort before and at several Phoenix’s. The furniture was adequate and the couch was large and accommodated our family. The location was great and the view was fantastic. Cons: This condo needs some repairs including the front door being rusted. One of the bedroom doors was falling apart, making it difficult to close. The refrigerator drawers wouldn’t slide. There was very little water pressure to showers and overall cleanliness could have been improved. Some of the outdoor patio chairs were starting to unravel making it difficult to sit on. Wi fi was very poor. We had a great time even though some improvements to the interior of the condo could be made.

Great location but needs better management

The location is unbeatable and the beach is perfect and not too crowded even on what is a busy weekend in may. It’s a super fun location next to the florabama as per the listing indicates. The vibe is just so fun. People dancing on balconies and singing and grilling in the evenings. Everyone has the perfect amount of space and the grounds are well maintained and nice. You can walk over and get frozen drinks all day long and have the best time. My main complaint is the cleanliness of the condo as others have stated. The dishes were put back dirty and there was makeup all over the towels. Dish soap was not provided— only dish washer powder. We were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people as well. Some extra things would have made our stay better such as salt and pepper and basic kitchen necessities. Overall it was a good experience, just what you pay for a premium spot should be clean and have a few more amenities.

The amenities were our favorite part of our stay.

Overall our stay was okay. The public areas like pools, grills, public bathrooms were very clean and maintained. However, the cleaniness of the private room area was very poor and needs some deep cleaning. We had to buy cleaning products to clean the floors because kids socks were black within 5 minutes of arrival. Having low lighting (25 watt bulbs) to hide the dirt is an old trick. Upon arrival we found the floors not vaccum nor mopped. The showers had mold on grout along with soap scum on tiles. There was dust on everything even on the ceiling. The bed spreads had dirty spots, the couch needs shampooing, and batteries were dead in remotes. The appliances had dried food on them and the cookware needs to replaced. The washer needs a deep cleaning due to mold on the agitator. All appliances (washer,dryer, stove, refrigerator)need to upgraded. Overall the room was functional but cleanliness pitful.

Nice gulf front location. Unit was nicely appointed. We were not able to use the TV's in the bedrooms since we were not able to access the Direct TV code.I would stay in this unit again.

The mats for the chairs had stains on them, the oven mitts had food on them, the shower curtains had yellow and black stains on them, the pots had left over food in them but yet their were in the cabinets, and the silverware drawer had a ton of food in the silver holders. We had to a load to the washer once we arrived and also washed dishes. I do think the house keeping could be better especially when you pay a cleaning fee. The parking garages need mirrors for the corners so you see ppl coming. Lastly, not sure if it was just the time we stayed or what but it wasn’t family friendly it was mostly ppl there partying. The pool was filled with beer cans all around it.
