Phoenix X 703



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access and granite countertop in the master bath! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, and new cabinetry. Tile backsplash, and granite countertops in the fabulous kitchen. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



WE ALSO HAVE A 2BR UNIT ON THE SAME FLOOR IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP!!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Needs work. Needs a deep clean, needs updated Tv's in the bedrooms. These televisions must be from 2000. Utensil drawer doesn't have an organizer, utensils are just tossed in the drawer and not all clean. Dirty pots in cabinet and one of them had the metal showing so probably unsafe to cook on. One bedroom had UNDERWEAR left behind, dirty clothes, shoes, etc. under a bed. The blinds to the balcony doors are mostly all broken. Management was not easy to get in touch with at first and the incorrect wifi password was provided. Need better cleaners for sure!!!!

Horrible Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit would be rated as 1 overall- This rental is horrible. There is BLACK MOLD in both bathroom, ceiling, tubs, vanity. The draw for the utensil was broke, all the utensils were just thrown in the draw- no utensil holder, one bed room had a dirty cup with molding grown. I did contact VRBO and they stated that this unit will be sent to the State Health Department for further review.

Family beach trip

The entire condo was filthy. It did not appear to be properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The guest bathroom had mold on the ceiling near the vent, mold on the wall behind the toilet, Water damage to the bathroom cabinet. The glass shower door in the guest bath was also full of mold. Neither bathroom had a complete set of bath towels. Had to get extra sets from the condo staff. Absolutely NO hand towels, just face towels and large bath towels. There was a blood stain noted on one of the comforters in a guest bedroom. Had to launder it ourselves. In the kitchen, the utensil door had no dividers or drawer organizers, all the utensils were thrown into a drawer and had paper towels lining the bottom of the drawer (gross). The utensil drawer itself was broken, one of the tracks in which it slides on was completely off. The drawer actually sat on the kitchen counter for the duration of our stay. My husband attempted to fix it. There was an overall smell that was unpleasant. The sofa set was “sticky”
 placed a blanket over it in order for our family to sit on it. Lastly, the AC filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in an extremely long time. The blinds in all rooms (including the living space balcony windows) were either broken or bent. the location was great, the ease of check in and check out was top notch.My family and I have been staying in this area for 30 years. Although the condo itself did not meet our expectations, we had a great trip and many memories were made.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the stay, but had various issues with cleanliness of property. Pot and pans and silverware had to be rewashed. Pots had to be hand scrubbed as there was a lot of food stuck on them. Had to buy scrubber. Shower doors has a lot of mold and mildew on them. Floors needed better cleaning. Lock on the Heavy door to balcony was a real problem and needs replacement or adjustment as the hook/lock mechanism would move when closing and locking you out. Fortunately there was always someone to let you back in. A lot of sand in track made it even harder to open with one hand, but after vacuuming and spraying with Pam it did slide a bit better, but still with 2 hands. Got the run around when requesting an extra fitted or flat sheets for the beds and never was able to get any. Mattresses were not very firm and could feel husband’s every movement. Blinds were busted and missing slats and had to use black trash bag to block out for privacy, traffic and sun.Got the run around on that as well. Extra sheet would have helped out there as well. We did enjoy the ocean view and clean beach!

Anniversary Trip

Bedrooms have been updated but the kitchen and bathrooms are worn out. Bathrooms need to be scrubbed bad. Especailly the showers!!
