The property was very clean and had all the housewares and linens needed for our stay. I was disappointed that there was not a boat dock as seen in the photos that could be used to launch the kayaks provided by the host. The house had a lot of room and the game room was a plus as we have a rainstorm during our stay and it was nice to have a place to enjoy other activities.

A great house that was perfect for our extended family of 12! All the details were covered for anything we could have needed. The flood affected our activities, but this house had plenty to keep us entertained.

It's a great property. Very high-end and comfortable for large groups. It is not in Horseshoe Bay proper but very close.

Beautiful property with great views in a great location. It was so restful to sit by the pool or by the fire pit. The wildlife really adds to the experience as a dozen deer just laze about the property. We will definitely book again.

Guys Weekend

We had an amazing stay! The place had plenty of room, and with multiple TVs, it was perfect for catching all the weekend football. We loved grilling out and relaxing by the hot tub. The setting was incredibly peaceful, and we saw tons of deer roaming around. Would absolutely love to stay again!

We had our 4 adult children and their spouses, 90 year old mother and 2 year old granddaughter. The house was beautiful, plenty of space for everyone to spread out or be together. The pool was perfect with a large in pool sundeck that was great for our granddaughter and a large swim area for the adults. The kitchen was fully stocked we didn’t feel there was anything missing. There is a great outdoor grill area along with a fridge. We were there 4 nights and only went out 1 time to dinner and to go to the grocery. No one wanted to leave. The properties so beautiful and peaceful. There are a lot of huge trees on the property. The view from the large outdoor area overlooking the pool and on down to the Colorado River was breathtaking. The family voted to come and stay again.

Quick Spring Break Trip

We had an amazing stay with our family. They had someone meet me at the house to show me how to work the pool and answer any questions I had. The house had lots of space and the game room was nice and big. I had paid for 2 days to have pool heated it wasn’t heated until late that 1sr night. The service did warn be about that. However I didn’t know ant had I pay for 3 days of when we only were staying for two. The pool did heat up later that 1st night. We would stay there again.

The house was great. HOWEVER, I was sent to a Q code to find directions for use of all the items in/outside of the house. This house has so many remotes, special things, that the on-phone description was too helpful. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A FOLDER WITH ALL THE DIRECTION OF USE for this house. You have speakers on the deck that we had no idea how to use or if we could use. There were two outside heaters that heaven hnows how to work. We never did figure out all the TV's. Who is the base internet provider? The pool automatically came on, but that was not told to us??? Pool lights came on and I didn't know if we had to turn them off??? The fans were all controlled from the wall switches, but that was not initially obvious... One thing that needs to be done, is that dead pecan tree just to the right of the pool that is dropping most the leaves into the pool and all over the deck... That needs to be cut down... It also would be nice to have a blower available to blow that very nice deck off.

This beautiful property was perfect in every way. It was as described on Vrbo website and pictures were up to date. There was plenty of open space inside the house to accommodate a crowd, plenty of sit down dining, kitchen well-equipped with all needed appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The refrigerator/freezer, range and ice maker (in garage) are commercial size, and two dishwashers make clean up a breeze. The pool/patio area is resort worthy, with a beautiful view of the lake. Construction is underway for a new dock lakeside - it will only add to the beautiful view and give access to the lake. The construction crew was very considerate about noise and staying out of our way - they were only there the afternoon we arrived, and one other time during our stay. The property had plenty of amenities to keep our whole crew busy and entertained - the fabulous pool and hot tub, lots of tv’s in all spaces, game room with foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, plus board games and puzzles. The driveway has a painted pickleball and basketball court, with portable net, paddles and basketball provided. We brought paddleboards with us, but there are two available for use at the house. The kids launched at water’s edge directly into lake - was fun to watch them from pool or patio area. Communication with the management company staff was easy via Vrbo app messaging - they were polite and responsive to our needs. Would definitely rent this property again!
