Sands Street Retreat- Spacious Beach House, Private Pool

This beautiful beach home located in Panama City Beach near the Laguna Beach area offers all the amenities to give everyone in the family a vacation to remember! Just a 5 minute walk from public beach access #74, the home also offers a fenced in backyard featuring a private pool, putting green, tv, fire-pit, and grill options. Not to mention patio areas on the front main level, back main level, and back second level. The outdoor entertainment space provides space for the grown ups and the teenagers to each have space to hang out and relax while still providing ample space to all gather together for some family fun.

The main level of the home features a spacious living area, open kitchen with bar seating, and a dining area for eight, along with convenient access to the main level powder-bathroom. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and has a private his-and-hers bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two features a king bed also with a private bathroom with oversized step-in shower. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom features queen bunk beds, these bedrooms feature access to the second level back porch and are adjacent to the homes third bathroom which has a combination tub/shower. The home also features a laundry room conveniently located off the pool deck.

The home is centrally located with short drives to top amenities in the Panama City Beach and 30a areas! The home is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, initial stock of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay).

Parking for up to 4 small cars or 2-3 larger vehicles. We manage the house right next door also so your big family or group can rent two houses side by side!

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. The pool can be heated for a nominal additional fee.

Property allows up to two small dogs (20 lbs or less) per stay with a $150 per dog, non-refundable dog fee. The dog fee does not cover any damage a dog causes or additional pest cleanup fees resulting from a dog. Dog owners affirm that their dog is in good health and current on all vaccinations
