1ST FLOOR:
• Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
• Master Bedroom #1: King Bed, Smart TV, and Private Bath with walk-in shower

2ND FLOOR:
• Master Bedroom #2: with King Bed, Smart TV, balcony access with seating, and Private Bath with walk-in shower
• Guest Bedroom #1: King Bed, Smart TV

• Bunk Room: 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and shared bathroom with shower/tub combo

**Please Note: ALL Top Bunks have a weight limit of 100lbs

**Pool heat is an additional charge per week. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and that if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temperature is at least 55 degrees consistently.
Special notes: Pool fountain only comes on in spa mode after pool heat has been purchased.
