The tankless propane hot water heater provides an endless supply of hot water so you will not ever have to take a cold shower! Other things to note
4 wheel drive is recommended but not required. There are traction mats just in case you would need them. The cabin is secluded but offers plenty of security as it is within a gated mountainb community. The gates close at 7pm and a code will be provided for you along with a 4 digit code which you will use to enter the home via smart lock.
